I've done loads of tough mudders and similar, for the last 4 years i've been doing crossfit so done quite a few competitions with that but knocked that on the head now. We need boring. We've tried all these young hungry and guarenteed to improvers, we've tried top players from clubs in lesser leagues, we've tried signing fringe players from big clubs. We've spunked £100s of millions doing it on crap. We need a core of good solid pros who and blend them with a mix of the others, not relying soley on a groups of kids to take to the premier league like ducks to water.
