Ahh you're right, the Villa game is on a Monday, they can still go down in this round of fixtures though. Still, I'm pretty sure they'd get a point at home to Sunderland so a draw is stil my prefered result. How weird would it be if a team equalise late which wouldn't save them but send the others down.

Yep, if Villa get a point or more against Sunderland, that would be the perfect scenario.
  3. I don't think they are are they? More questioning why its absurd and illogical to be proud to live in a country where we can express how much we hate it and everything it has ever done without being arrested and shot.
  4. So you don't think the actions of the others in the past have any influence at all in enabling you to enjoy the lifestyle you do? It was all down to luck.
  5. Attendances are based on tickets sold not who actually goes. You would have been included in the number as a season ticket holder, as would anyone who purchased a ticket. In any case the bad weather didn't stop the Evertonians making a 500 mile round trip. Maybe they've got more minerals than our pathetic, soft fans who are put off driving into town by a bit a rain.
  6. So you're not proud we beat the Nazis then?
  7. It's does amuse me how people like Bexy appear to hate our country and everyone associated with it, constantly coming on here and slagging it off for all the things it has done in the past and criticising those who proud to be English. Yet at the same time is happy to live here in a civilised country and enjoy the freedoms and rights that allow him/her to vent their fury at how disgraceful the nation is.
  8. Perhaps you could fund our much needed stadium expansion?
  9. By 'super fans' I assume you mean ones that go to most games, yes?
  10. It's very good, so it seems all the empty seats were saints ones. Less than 26,000 Saints fans for a game against a top 6 club, not so good.
  11. Yes, Yes, yes!! I like this idea. It would prove that a club and state we meant business and wouldn't be pushed around. Many teams would be beaten before the game with the intimidating stance on the statue staring down on them.
  12. So less 26,000 Saints fans there, thanks for proving my point that there were plenty of empty seats in the home end too.
  13. And three of those have been 3 of our biggest games of the season, (Liverpool, Chelsea, Man City) throw in the return of Redknapp and you'd be worried if we didn't sell them all out. It wasn't that long ago we only had 28,000 at a home game against a top 6 team.
  14. It's a great question.
  15. It's gonna sell out Its gonna sell out You mugs that have hardly been Will be at home watching a stream
  16. No, I don't.
  17. I agree. It's like when people spout all their pro IRA boll ocks by celebrating St Patricks day and running around wearing green hats.
  18. The hilarious thing is they are using MLG type logic to justify why 28k won't be big enough. Its Because they had 4 crowds of 20k plus last time they were in the bottom division in the early 80s and they got nearly 30k for cup games against 'boro and Spurs in the 80s. Yet as recently as 2010 them struggled to sell their FA Cup final allocation of 25,000.
  19. FFS Dubai Phil, when you started talking about Mecca I got all excited and thought it might be a golf and beer story inside Mecca with Ayatollah Khomeini and Justin Poulter. Can you imagine my disappointment it was simply seeing a band at a place with the same name?? Anyway, its now the County of Cortese, where the Cult resides, kind of a cross between the Deep South US of A, Rio and Mecca.
  20. We are reclaiming the land between Southampton and the Isle of Wight and building a new 200000 stadium on what was Southampton water. The Isle of Wight will become a suburb of The county of Cortese and a 4,000 foot statue of Nicola Cortese is going to be built where Cowes was, similar to the statue of Christ the Redeemer in Rio. Cortese arms out streached, overlooking and embracing the entire new state of the County of Cortese. When the cult of Cortese are free to preach their teachings. One of the new beliefs is that all members of the CoC are given prayer mats and at 3pm every day they pray towards the direction of the statue. It's been dubbed the European Mecca by some.
  21. Is this the right thread to discuss easyjet pricing models too?
  22. LOL @ all you part timers panicking.
  23. Apologies Pekhart is th one third row, second from right. The one you said was Perry. I'm not sure who the one first left second row is, it doesn't really look like Chris Perry but he isn't anywhere else on there. It must be Davenport.
  24. I hope those who made the effort and camped through the night are rewarded.
