To be fair to QPR they do lack quality, it isn't the managers team, they've got a dodgy pitch that doesn't suit the way themanager wants to play, they've got some bad injuries. Under those circumstances bottom is the best they can hope for.

If the game ends in a draw next week and Villa get a point or more at home to Sunderland then both Reading and QPR will be relegated whilst playing each other.
