    Yoshida

Davis has been okay, Boruc was a panic buy when we realised we had screwed up by not signing an experienced keeper.
  2. Saying they will stay up in 2013 because they won the European cup in 1981 is as ridiculous as saying that we can fill a 50000 stadium because chelsea only got 13,000 in 1984.

Yeah, so do you not think it might have been an idea to have some players who arent learning to help out a bit?

    Yoshida

It seem to be saying this alot about our players, he's good but he's learning. He made a mistake, he will because he's learning, heard this an awful lot recently. Which makes it all the more laughable that when a few of us spoke about the need for Premier league experience in the summer we were told we were wrong and that a good player is a good player regardless of what level they'd played at. Now it seems a good player is a good player but if they make mistakes in the Premier league that's fine because they are learning.

  6. This has of course been one of our strengths this season.
  7. You've forgotten about this chap. http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/4279680.Smith_s__world_class__abilities_could_save_the_Saints/
  8. Are you seriously telling me you think Martin Skertel is better than Yoshida?
  9. There is only one man equiped to do this job. Jonno Quick. With his pace he could sprint from left to right covering for everyone, for long balls forward or in behind the full backs he'd be able to sprint past the full back and attacking player and get to the ball first. He'd also be a great attacking option as we could hump the ball high into the air and long and with his lightening pace he could run onto it, between the centre halves and be in on goal, much like a rugby player does with a kick forward.
  10. Theres no harm in it. I just dont understand the mass celebration and backlapping that our half time mascot is on the BBC news. It was midly amusing the first time on sunday, but comments like people hoping to see more entertainment like this from our mascot are just plain wierd. It's football FFS, you want to see people dressed up as animals go to Peppa Pig world.
  11. They've got the terrible players that are Jordan Henderson and Stuart Downing in the side, the masively overrated Glen Johnson, a racist, buck tooth dwarf up front. It should be easy. Why are people saying we will lose?
  12. Not at all Colin. I'm just failing to understand why so many seem to be overjoyed it's on the BBC website, it's a dancing dog FFS!
  13. How wierd. Newcastle won the championship by 11 points, got over 100 points and were promoted with 5 games to spare. Then was sacked with them in 11th place in the premier league the following season. Yeah, massively overrated.
  14. No anger. Some are going on about how it's great publicity for the club and delighted it's on the BBC news. It is't, its not a £10m signing or talking about are academy players as the future of English soccerball. its a video of a bloke in fancy dress dancing on the pitch. Why does anyone care?
  15. Sounds, like soooo awesome.
  16. I agree, we should aim to be just like America. I also want to see the game changed to 4 quarters of 25 minutes rather than two halves and far more emphasis on offensive play. We need to have cheerleaders as well and with the entertaining mascots doing plenty in the the end zones it'll show the rest of the world what this great game of soccerball is all about.
  17. I can't believe some of you mugs have got boners that a dancing man dressed up as a dog has made it onto the national news. Who gives a f*ck?
  18. Real fans don't eat at football.
  19. Don't lie. I looked across and saw you clapping and singing along. You'll be wearing a tinsel wig next.
  20. Having Norwich fans like it is no rubber stamp of its hilarity. They had more planks in their travelling support than we normally do.
  21. In a white middle class area though wasn't it Andy, bet not many of your peers come from rough estates in London and Birmigham.
  22. Just proves how much more accessible it is now A levels and GCSEs are easier.

    Shaw

Nige said it was just cramp. I'm with Krackers though, he's an excellent payer but we shouldn't be relying on a 17 year old as our only decent full back. I'd don't agree that signing one will block his progress. He should be used sparringly, he's still growing don't forget and the fact is he will learn from having an experienced man competing with him for the position.
  24. You would say that though.
