Lies and lazy journalism. You've only got to read the first paragraph which describes JWP as a Portsmouth fan when he himself says he loves SFC. They've also got a number of transfer fees wrong and don't mention Jeff Kenna as a product our our academy, which they also say only started in the late 90s, ignoring all that had gone on before. All in all a terrible article filled with mistakes and sloppy journalism. No true saints fan will take this seriously.

Darts, not really a sport as its played a pub. I admire their ability to throw a dart an accurate distance from 10 foot away but it's odd. And I say that as someone who's dad was a top darts player in the area in the 70s and 80s.

Because I don't watch games with Saints tinted specs on thinking everyone and everything is amazing. For all Lallanas qualities and there are many, and can I go on record as saying he, along with sir Rickie are my favourite Saints player since MLT, finishing is not one of them. And all this talk about he is better than xxxx is nonsense until he's played at the same level for a decent period of time and you can compare them like for like.
-
You are not comparing apples with apples. Lallana has been good against championship and L1 players. Cleverely has looked not so good at premier league and international level, although he had played well in games other than than the two most of the clowns on here are basing their view on. Do you not think that Cleverly would be a top player in th championship if he joined Cardiff or aforest tomrrow? You don't play for Man United if you are a bad player, they've been the best club in England for the last 20 years for a reason. Remember how everyone banged on about James Beattie should be an England regular yet looked woefully out of his depth against LItchenstein!! When Lallana has proven himself over a season or so then you might have a case.
-
I take it you missed his sliced side foot against Man U last weekend then? As easy as cleverly chances, no?
-
And apart from anything else any man that plays a game which involves playing with a cock is suspect.

I don't follow fashions Colin. I have a style and class of my own and no it doesn't include wearing soccerball shirts down the local.
-
I'm not surprised.

Always liked combat sports. Trained in boxing for 4 years in my late teens and early 20s more because of the firnessa aspect which is incredible. Anyone that says boxing is barbaric and isn't a skill clearly has never set foot inside a boxing gym. Now I do Krav Maga which is a fantastic fighting technique and doesn't require a particularly high level of fitness. I love cricket and also a fan of golf but to be honest anything else is w*nk. I've tried to like tennis, rugby and badminton But find the people that play those sports pretentious arseh*les. Motor sports is full of geeks cracking on out over the new engines in this year McClaren, who cares FFS? All American sports are sh*te, a few blokes at work love the NFl and baseball, but they ate generally a bit wierd so Again w*nk sports watched by helmets and English blokes that wish they were Yanks. So is their life away from soccerball? What do people that don't like football do on a Saturday?

Some people will struggle to understand this. The Ones who are saying Lallana is better after watching him for 3 season in L1 and the championship and see Cleverly against us and playing for England Tuesday night, most likely.
-
Why do you say Lallana is better?
-
Great comparison.

That's your view and your entitled to it. However Some of us don't particularly like our own players coming out in the national press and saying they are too good for us and want to leave, we dont consider that to be respectful and if truth be told, he mugged us off by doing that. If you're happy for them to do that and think that is going about things the right way then it's a rather distorted view. IMO of course.
-
Yep, if he ever goes back to Bologna as a visiting player Id expect him to get some abuse too.
-
What about that interview he gave before he left? Basically saying he wanted to leave, he was now too good for us. That is unforgivable IMO. If you want to go fair enough, few could blame him, but to engineer your move via the media is disgraceful.

It's a little worrying that we are potentially looking at out of contract players to 'do a job' in a sticky plaster type way when its clear Nige wanted 2 if not 3 defenders further to Clyne all summer and all we managed to get was one in, who is a gamble, right at the end of the window. Defence is one place we can't take chances and we need a solid back four. It was quite clear last season that we struggled at times defensively and gave away lots of sloppy goals. We've already been punished in all 3 games this season for the same type of errors with the same players making the same mistakes.

No it's against their human rights and FC and saintandy will be along to bore us with all the nonsense behind it in a bit. If they want to spend their dole money on smack and booze then that's fine as they are creating job. Without them there would be lots of government workers made redundant with no dole office and job centre and no drug unit within the old bill. I anything unemployment and drug taking should be encouraged as it creates jobs in the public sector. As most dealers drive expensive cars also think of the additional revenue generated via fuel duty when they fill up their cars.

Jon Mensah would be an intelligent signing.
-
He's only staying loyal to our championship players, like you said we should. Does this not go for the manager as well?
-
You soound like the Louis Walsh of spazboards sir.
-
You know it's true Jamie. We'llbe told Adkins was out of his depth, no club has ever stayed up losing their first 4/5/6 games etc. his tactics were exposed against the top clubs etc. Cortese was right to act. In Cortese we trust, he's not got anything wrong so far and so on. Love the way people sneer at Pardew despite taking us from minus 10 and having to build a team during the season, winning our first trophy in 34 years. All based on what might have been going on based on some totally unsubstantiated rumours.

Ennios? Excellent, again more than 50 quid though. If you join delicious dining online though you can get a loyalty card which gives you discount there and a few other places in Hampshire.
-
You look like the sort of bloke who would know a good Vegan menu when he sees one.
-
Brasserie Blanc in Winch is decent too. Again going to cost more than 50 sheets.
-
Quite. You're looking for least double for a 'top' restaurant. And forget about wine as well as a decent one will cost you north of £25 sheets. This place is alright if you want to spend a bit more though. http://www.lortolan.com/
