FWIW I don't blame Adkins. He is restricted by the formation he has to play with players not suited to it due to the bungled transfer window. He can see it isn't working but is relatively powerless to stop it. What I don't like seeing is this chirpy, positive chap a shadow of himself and feeling the strain. Unfortuantely Nige will be the fall guy in Cortese and Reeds failing plan. Whoever comes into replace Nige wont be a big name either. No proven manager will be dictated too and Reed won't want a senior manager to come in as he won't want to lose any power. Expect a young European who we probably won't have heard of.

We didn't seem to have a problem attracting strikers. Oh no, we've got £10m worth on the bench most weeks and £12ms worth on the treatment table. It only seems to be defence that is the problem, just like it was last season. Funny that, what an amazing coincidence.

I'm not saying he is a premier league player, he isn't. in case you're struggling the way we played last season depended on full backs being able to provide assists. We had around 25-30 come from Fox and Richardson. Fox was prefered to Harding because Hardings 3 assists in 3 seasons weren't good enough for how we wanted to play.

So how come Fox got more assists in one game last season than Harding got in his entire Saints career? How come Fox was preferred to Harding last season and how come Harding has never, ever played above Championship level if he is the Blonde Roberto Carlos like you seem to be claiming?

Yep, a spoon from his private set. It was such a serious issue a number of staff were ordered to find it instead of doing their day jobs. As things stand, I beleive the spoon remains missing.

Harding is a midtable championship player at best. So he'd be the ideal fit for our back four.

What about the evidence in front of you that of the four games against teams likely to finish in the bottom half we've played 4 won 1 drew 1 lost 2. And conceded 8 goals. That'll give us around 19 points come the end of the season if we don't improve considerably, bearing in mind we've taken 0 points in four games against the top 10 sides.

It's not a wish Jamie. My wish is for a well run club with a group of decent players with a manager we like and a chairman that keeps out of the way and doesn't make enemies and upset people at the club and city I love. I want to like Cortese and have made excuses for his behaviour in the past but the more I hear about him the more I dislike him. I don't think you're taking this seriously enough. Mr Cortese was outraged at finding a spoon missing from his private set. Staff were ordered to search for it, stopping them from doing their jobs. I'm disgusted you are treating this so lightly.

As per the OP. The missing spoon is being taken very seriously inside SMS.

According to my sources a hunt is on for a missing spoon at St Marys, the spoon, part of a private collection of cutlery used by our leader Mr Cortese was last seen in his private set. It went missing at some point in the last week and staff have been ordered to search high and low to recapture it, some have been taken off of their own day to day duties to join in the hunt. Rumours the spoon has been stolen by a member of staff and auctioned on Ebay are unconfirmed. We contacted SFC to ask them for an update on spoongate but no one was available to comment.

Bad news?? has it got anything to do with a missing spoon?
