In all seriousness I thought it was utterly cringeworthy. When I was told after the game that one of the two participants worked at McDonald's hedge end I was neither surprised nor embarrassed, I understood then that if you engage in both of those things you have to be a retard. For £12m, for a club like Saints, he isn't what we needed. The guy is clearly a good player, he clearly has a lot of potential and is a close to a world class player as we've had since MLT. He is also 22 years old, playing in a team which isn't good at the moment and players around him who aren't on the same wave length. He won't be brilliant every week, he won't dominate a game, hes 22 FFS! What he is is a player of supreme class playing in team where most of those around him aren't anywhere near his level. Should he be here and should the £12m have been spent on 3 proven premier league players who have been there, done that and will keep us up? Well I have my own view on that, but if I revealed it in sure is be called a troll and subject to jokes about peodophiles and people ****gging my mum.

Jimmy Case was a great signing. A real midfield general in the days when clubs had them, a leader on the pitch and a great influence on and off th pitch to all th young players that came through in the time. In may ways exactly what we need now.

Depends of your definition of best ever. It's arguable that Kevin Davies is our best ever signing as we got him for £750k and sold him for 10 times that a year later if profit on outlay is your yardstick.

Yep, he said that anyone that crossess him and their career at Man U is over, which is th right thing to do, they players k ow who is boss. he also said quite clearly that his approach has softed over the years and the 'hair dryer' wouldn't be effective with today's players. Also went onto say they are a lot softer than players were when he first managed. Harvard University have done a study on him which I read about recently, it was very interesting and he is an excellent man manager and has a very human side underneath the front.

Not quite sure how you know what other mangers do. It's seems the old dictator type approach is a thing of the past. Only this week Alex Ferguson has said he has had to adapt his approach in recent years and scream at millionaire 20 year olds doesn't work anymore. I think this approach had been left in the 90s.
