Well this is true. An the infractioner didn't even have the decency to repond to my PM when i questioned the infraction. What exactly is offesive or insulting about saying "Conversely for you reactionary mouth-frothers' err, not me fella. Wont catch me mouth frothing talking about nonsense on an internet forum with you mongs." I'd say it's more a statement of fact.

I think this one will come back to haunt us, a much better left back than Harding, who Nige seems to thinks can do no wrong and younger as well IMO.

Is there an appeal procedure in place for these? I know it's pointless as Baj rules this forum with a fist of iron and he'll jsut uphold them anyway but to be given an infraction for insulting someone because i said i wasn't a mouth frother, which is what they had called me is seriously odd. :lol::lol:

Any cold blooded murder should also be considered. It shouldn't be on the say so of one judge either, after conviction it should go to three judges, after the first judge has made his decision, as they do in the court of appeal. Barristers can then argue it out with the three judges.

I disagree. If a player doesnt have the right sort of attitude and mental toughness on his debut where little is expected of them then he is going to struggle in the pressure cooker atmosphere of big games in the future. Debuts are generally a good marker of a players mental toughness and belief in themselves.
