All charging means is that there is a realistic chance of conviction, so some evidence to prove that he MAY be guilty, it doesn't mean he is. Quite often the OB will charge and then build the case before it gets to court, sometimes using limited evidence to push the charge through. Charging means nothing and does not mean guilt. Maybe the guy he clobbered was a complete arse and deserved it, maybe he wasn't we dont know.

He was arrested on the spot but It's normal to grant bail whilst police continue their enquiries by taking witness statements and viewing CCTV footage etc. Althought GBH with intent is serious, it's hardly rape or murder which would warrant an escort and being relatively famous it's not likely he is going to do a runner and skip bail. How do you feel about this? should the girl be off limits or is it game on? i agree, and dont use the "you're out my league" line, let her realise that she is lucky you are speaking to her, that you haven't made your mind up if you are going to f*ck her senseless yet but she has the next 20 minutes to convince you. As for your current girlfriend, as moon monkey says, she'll be stronger for it and she'll realise how attractive you are to other women and work harder to keep you interested, she'll learn from her past mistakes and it'll only strenghten your relationship by making her more appreciative of what she has, if that is what you want.

2-3 weeks, seen some tours which include Dehli, the Taj Mahal, Agra, Jaipur, the Tiger sanctory and then finishing in Goa. They are a bit out of my budget for April time but maybe look at about this time next year to do, that. Ideally like to see a bit of India as well as Goa as on pondering it all it seems a bit pointless just going to Goa then going back and doing all the stuff we want to do anyway a year later.

Thanks, i will :-D. Bit torn at the moment, really want to do Goa as heard great things about it, but like you say, if your going to go all that way then its worth doing some sort of tour/trip round India, while we are there, which is going to be a little bit out of my budget for April.
