  1. agreed there, me too.
  2. The "who" chant (if you can call a one word, ony sylllable drone a chant) is utterly pathetic. At least the gay songs are mildly humorous and have to a slightly better grasp of the english language than a two year old too get involved.
  3. They are just pretending to be straight. And as for students, most of them experement anyway so they are all experimenting gays
  4. SuperMikey, (possibly the most egotistical user name on here but hey ho) why aren't you in London smashing up police vans and throwing Fire extinguishers off of roof tops?
  5. leave him alone Partick, he is only 17, but has an opinion on everything.
  6. But used to be sung everywhere, along with the likes of "Spurs are on their way to Auschwitz" and "96 Scousers" If the whole stadium sung that then it would give the whinging majority on this thread something to actually moan about. Not a bit of lighthearted banter between two sets of fans.
  7. I know what you mean boys, Foxy Knoxy, i'd teach her a lesson she'd never forget.
  8. NO, i'm not missing the point. What is the difference between "does your boyfriend know your here?" to a Brighton fan and "you dirty northern bastard" to any northern player? Neither are original, neither are particularly funny, neither are particularly offensive. Why dont you have a problem with "you dirty Northern bastard"? Why is this any less "hilarious" and orignal that "we can see you holding hands?" Quite simply it isn't. I dont see how you can be irked by one and not by another, given your reasoning.
  9. Odd looking, but very, very sexy.
  10. It was me, Ted Bundy, he was lush
  11. Hi Sue x
  12. If only we had appointed Hoddle in 2004, he'd have known how to keep Connolly fit.
  13. Hmm, bit early for Orient away to confirm automatic promotion. Brighton away 23rd of April could be massive, 4th last game and potentially a massive game to decided automatic promotion.
  14. Absolutely, which is a surprise given the quality of players we have at this level. We created enough chances to have won comfortably tuesday night but the finishing was poor, Lambert heading over from 6 yards out the worst miss, he should of at least made the keeper work. An inform striker has to be a priorty, we are nearly 4 months into the season now and cant leave our push for promtion on the basis of hoping Lambert comes good, there is nothing to suggest he will reach anywhere near the heights of last season anytime soon. on that note, Rowan Vine has just gone on loan to Brentford, possibly missed a trick there.
  15. What, you mean an average player who everyone moans about on here saying how crap they are, yet when he goes back to his parent club people will be bemoaning his loss and that he is the sole reason we wont go up this year.
  16. That is totally different, away fans singing "play up Pompey" is plain embarassing for them, why do it? I remember a few years ago for some strange reason when we were playing Man Utd the Itchen North started singing "liverpool, Liverpool" which was embarassing and the Utd fans responded with "who the f*ck do you support?" i dont know why we dont do the same, it shuts them up. As someone said above, you will always get these chants at football, it's part of terrace banter. How about "you dirty Northern ba****" should that not be sung because at least one northerner probably showers daily and does have a father? The anti Scouser songs about them being unemployed or thieving scallys etc. Why do we need to have this analysis of the gay demographics of Brighton and disecting every details over a football song? FFS lighten up!. Although they not provide a lolathon for most at least they are not as bad as "spurs are on their way to Auchwitz" "96 Scousers crushed against the fence" or "who's that lying on the runway? who's that dying in the snow?" If that was sung you really would have something to moan about.
  17. Also with the pen they always say you can tell from the players reaction, look at the Brighton players, not one serious appeal, one player looks towards the ref more in hope than anything, but that it it. Seemed minimal contact from Dickson. Shame they didn't show Jaidis run and header, that was funny.
  18. So it's not just football that makes you ultra negative then!
  19. :lol::lol:
  20. Lolz GS, i said this months ago and got slammed for it! http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?23605-Tennis
  21. Funny how they are criticising us for empty seats when the crowd was over 26k, 4k more than the capacity of their much hyped new ground. Tells its own story about the size of the clubs. The simple fact is Pompey, Bournemouth and Brighton hate us because we are the biggest club in the area, in fact take London clubs out of the equation, we are probably the biggest club South of Birmingham.
  22. They said that about UFC five years ago! Not a chance, Boxing will always be bigger, you've only got to look at the attention the mismatch of Haye v Harrison to see how any relatively big fight catches the imagination of the public, even people with no knowledge or interest in boxing were talking about it. Anyone with any amount of boxing knowledge knew Haye would win easily but still the public lapped it up, all other combat sports are and always will be miles behind. Do you think a British MMA fighter will get 20,000 people following him to fight in Las Vegas like Ricky Hatton did? WIll never happen. Its like saying 20/20 cricket will be as popular as football. It has got bigger and its has its fans but is miles away from being as popular as football.
  23. I'm staying up until lunch, Trott is looking okay. Strauss, what a knob!
