i get that but serious a guy in his mid fifties who looked like he'd no exercised for 20 years doesn't need a detailed explanation fo what zone two cardio is, go out for a brisk walk for at least 30 minutes a day at a level where you it's not easy but you can sustain the same pace for the whole time would suffice, not some jumped up little cock going on about the various zones of training etc, it might be interesting to an athlete but making it too complicated and trying to make you sound clever to the average gym goer. Probably so they think hes a genius and buys more sessions. I know someone very similar, he's basically spent most of the last 15 years or so brown nosing, spending his weekends with his managers and their wives going for weekends away with them etc. He's done very well from it, he's been promoted several times now has a very senior role in another company and to be fair he is very capable and good at what he does but fuck me to make that the only thing in life that defines you to the point where pretty much your whole life revolves around work and your friends are people in the industry is pretty tragic. I'm sure he thinks it's great now but in 15 years or so i wonder if he'll look back and think it was all a bit of a waste and his old mates that he now considers he's left behind will suddenly become important again.
