This imaginary friend of yours, who coincidently is absolutely exactly a sterotype of someone who was in the wrong body what with being a boxer, football playing lesbian that was blokish but since transitioning has now grown a beard, got married to a woman and had a couple of kids now living in blissful happiness. Does their wife and kids know that they used to be a woman? I think i know what your answer is going to be which is, yes he told her straight away as soon as they met and she was so proud of him and their two lovely kids love the fact their dad is how he is and so do all their amazing friends and they are so happy and how dare you disgusting people say otherwise if it was up to you my friend would still be in the priory or dead. But tell us anyway.

Cant believe that's nearly twenty years ago. I seem to remember that it was a pretty comfortable victory, Pompey didn't threaten much and although obviously nervous never thought they'd score once we went in front. I am told it was also a great night off the pitch as well as dozens of pompey fans were competing to set a world sprinting record whilst one of their celebrity hooligans spent the next few weeks with his wrist in a bandage.

IIRC a certain Oriel Romeu collected a lot of yellow cards, never got a red and everyone said how much we missed him this season. We're a soft as shit team and we need some players with a bit of aggression in the side to make us a bit tougher to beat. Choudhury wouldn't be my first choice but i'd love us to sign a couple of players who are a bit more nasty rather than ones who are happy to clap the fans after another gutless loss.

Pompey had quite a decent side to be fair. SOme good players although all past their best. Sheringham, Stone, Berger, De Zeeuw (could do with someone like that now) Smertins, Yakubu, all very good players. You could make a case that individually better than us, but we were a really good team back then. Hardworking, organised, hard to beat with a solid spine and in Beattie had a reliable goalscorer, the exact opposite of what we were last season.

Signing players from a midtable club managed by a manager who finished midtable, coached by coaches who finished midtable..........

i work in the South Africa region, some of the names of people there make me smile, in a good way. Public, Snow, Climate, Nevada are just some of the names of clients there.
-
ah yes you're right it was 20/8 not 28, just listened again. Still amazing though.
-
apologies, anyone identifying as male.
-
Why do you keep mentioning the Daily Mail? Again just pathetic, lazy reasoning to make out that people who raise these issues are daily mail reading, brexiteers who hate anyone who isn't white and male.
-
Yes that's the other thing that confused me, a standard one doesn't go up to 28 and even if it did you'd basically be sprinting for the last last 5-6 levels which is impossible to maintain for that length of time I was very impressed. I did a few times and got to level 12.2 when i was the fittest i've ever been but that was many, many years ago.
-
To put that into perspective for a male anything above level 13 is considered excellent. Pass mark to get into the police is 5.4.
-
Did i hear that right, he got to level 28 on the bleep test? That's insane if so.

Only in the championship

and surprise surprise, they both agree with him. Romney Marsh is the most exciting place on earth
-
thought you might have and that they'd agree with you.
-
making some decent signings as well.

only because Larios, Edozie, Mara and the others quickly proved themselves to be not good enough. So we've had to muddle on with shite like Adam Armstrong and Elyanoussi. Unless you think we spent all that money to fill out the U21s?
-
You forgot Mark Dennis who would have been about 23. But as you see a lot of experienced players there, playing in Europe, cup finals, world cups, lots of england caps. Not just crap players who happen to have played a lot of premier league games because we dont have anyone better. That along with some good young players. Only one teenager, not half a dozen like we've got.
-
Yeah that's gone brilliantly hasn't it. You need a blend, if you want to watch a team full of potential stars watch U21s football
-
Maddison is a different level to JWP though.
-
this times 100. Not just a centre back but as a player and personality we've been missing this sort of player for 6 years now. A proper leader. Coady isn't the greatest, he's good not great, much like Fonte but i would guartee every single player we've had since Van Dijk got injured and Fonte left would have been better for playing alongside him rather than throwing in kids or foreign players with the eye on future resell value than doing a job now. It's absolutely baffling as to how this has been allowed to carry on when it's so bleeding obvious to everyone else.
-
If Spurs are paying £40m for Maddison then it just goes to show those saying £50m or more for JWP are nuts.

Looks linen to me, the seat belt in his (electric) car would have creased it the moment he got in it.

Looking dapper.Long sleeve shirt with sleeves rolled up just how Rasmus likes it. Love the handbag too
