Never lost a game as manager.
-
First look at him today, actually had a quick chat before the game as they did a fans day where players signed autographs and met kids before the game, son had his photo taken with him and got an autograph also told him we were saints fans which he seems to like got MOM today and rightly so, head and shoulders best player on the pitch, got a lot of pace and skill was a constant threat, a lovely flick to assist the first goal and a cracking finish to get a goal himself. Very impressive

Saw him play at harrogate today. Was playing centre midfield and got dominated by Harrogate midfield pair. Didn’t really do much, Crewe were awful, 2-0 down after 85 minutes, had nothing going forward then got a very soft penalty and and then an equaliser to somehow draw a game they should have lost 5-0

Ah okay cheers.
-
Brilliant result was at another match so keeping an eye on it, why so long injury time?
-
He did have hard hitting conversations in Qatar though.
-
Yeah you can only imagine how bad the new one will be.

The thing about big brother is the first one was actually quite interesting. Take a load of people from different walks of like and see how they get on. the longer it went on the bigger freak show it became with them seemingly wanting more and more outrageous “characters” every series. It just became pathetic.

The Elynoussi of the 00s. The very definition of a player who was better without the ball. He knows the club, get him to show the rest how to do it

https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/world/trans-woman-competes-against-girls-as-young-as-12-parents-demand-answers-from-ecb/ar-AA17Cu6A imagine how hurt this lady must be that 12 year old girls don’t want to play with her, this transphobia is an outrage 🤬

Not my area anymore but used to be, where is that in Bitterne Triangle? What did it used to be? I've been away from Soton for 10 years.
-
Yeah I had a few contacts at the club when he was there plus the echo and a mate of mine was involved in staplewood some of the stories were absolutely hilarious

How i miss the days when we had a CEO that would get himself banned from midrange city centre restaurants.
-
you can say what you like about Cortese but......
-
Imagine him and Semmens in a meeting room with their white boards, flip charts, post it notes and multi coloured markers, mapping out their ideas. Congratulating each other on how brilliant they are. We've got two ideas guys and no one to actually do anything.
-
That half arsed complacent attitude of why the good posters that don’t bother any more and you can see why don’t bother anymore. We are paying members and deserve better.
-
When the mods used to get the hump when things went off topic they used to do that, now they just delete posts losing lots of epic exchanges. Forums ain’t what they used to be ☹️

Always our first choice, always our first choice, Reuben Selles, was always our first choice

These wankers are smashing all these profits, must be at the part part of $50b profit between Shell, BP and Centrica. Meanwhile they’re taking the piss with fuel prices. It’s the gravy train to be on, bet a few Tories have their snouts in their troughs too. It’s obscene
-
He too class at rolling his sleeves up, they’re always perfectly done
-
Ha ha, setting is up for the inevitable

I love these sort of threads. You always get these type of posts generally with the sole qualification being that they played for saints once or are a saints fan, regardless of how long ago. It was a bit like clamour to bring him back right at the end of his career even though he'd been shite for years, if we'd have been linked with a mid thirties, injury prone, under performing player anywhere else in the world everyone would have screamed how mental it was but because he played for us once he was perfect for what seemed to be little more than a late, time wasting sub role.

He has Unfinished business with this proper football club

So unlike Boris Johnson, got all the big decisions wrong, yes?
