  1. Wait until they bring in equal pay when they’re paying Russo, Kelly and all £300k a week on 4000 crowds
  2. Really? Why? I’ve always quite liked Forest about as similar as a club you can get, same for Derby and Leicester but I’ve never really like them for some reason
  3. Absolutely mental but sadly inevitable since Nuno publicly came out and said he had a bad relationship with the chairman.
  4. I used to be quite good mates with a couple of fellas up at Millwall but we’ve lost contact over the years another bullshit he came out with was up there, him and his little gang ran into a larger group of Millwall before the game and he was apparently begging them to give them a pass as they were outnumbered, unbelievably the Millwall lot left them alone after the game when he was in a larger group and safely tucked up in a police escort he was doing the trampoline giving it the “come on then” shouting out how Millwall had shit themselves earlier You can imagine how that myth has grown into how a small group of Pompey fought off a massive group of Millwall Rorkes Drift style I really don’t believe how anyone takes him seriously
  5. 1996 was a bit of a non event on and off the pitch. It was an incredibly one sided game and we ran out easy 3-0 winners with them miles off the pitch they had 1500 tickets and sat there in silence for most of the game, not quite the band of fanatical ultras who never stop singing they’d have you believe nor have I ever seen them be such. The mighty 657 I believe got off the train by the station pub other side of Northam bridge a group of them did manage to make it into town but were chased off by Saints without too much resistance.
  6. Plus they hate the fact the DEF is, was and always will be a far superior mob to the 657
  7. Im probably with you, even some of theirs said they were surprised at the level of hatred and numbers out that day. A few that were in the escort from the station said they had no idea the police had cleared a large group of Saints from top end of town before they got there, would have been carnage if they hadn't. Same after the game with the police keeping the got nothing scummers back who were trying to get at them up the back streets of Britainia Road. 2002 When England played at SMS was also interesting, Skates giving it large in the build up what they were going to come up and do, in reality a pathetic little mob who spent the whole day hiding then asked for an escort to the stadium.
  8. Im surprised this wasn't picked up more at the time. One of their main faces lets a film crew follow him and his band of merry men around all day, talking them through it whilst going on about how Southampton got nuffin, it was beyond ridiculous. It was Mcintyre as well who had recently done the undercover doc on Chelsea. A few other lies he/they told, in the book Derby Days claims that 30 Portsmouth youth batter 100 saints mob at the Bargate in 1996, no one has ever heard of such and incident. He also claimed they had it up at Millwall and a skate got smashed round the head with a paving slab and just got up and told the police he didn't want an ambulance and just walked off - that how hard they are. So let me get this straight, police turn up whilst theres a a full share tear up going on, see blokes fighting, dont make any arrests and just walk up to a bloke who's had a paving slab smashed on his head and let him and everyone else walk off. Utter bullshit
  9. Its tragic they have to make this sort of stuff up, they've done it for years as we know. It's also funny how whenever there is any post about Saints or about them on facebook you can guarantee in the first two or three replies will be one of them making a comment about scummers or on one of their posts about how great they are. It's a deeply ingrained inferiority complex. Sadly for them this isn't a myth, no made up stories about poor attendances with no evidence to back it up. 2731 and for a first team league cup game when both teams were in the championship. Im sure there will be some excuse for it like there was in the mid 90s and they were regularly getting 8,000, that was down to the owners lying about the attendances so they didn't have to pay the tax on it was the excuse they came up with for that one 😂
  10. I wonder if there is some bellend on Tottenhams forum arguing that their women should not play at Orient as their players aren't good enough role models for them.
  11. Yep and same for England. However if you dare to say anything that doesn't toe the party line of how amazing it all is then you immediately get jumped on by those who are desperate to jump on the bandwagon of any cause going. Any even suggestion otherwise is having a problem with it. Look at this thread, a few people raise the rightly valid point that it probably costs the club to play matches at St Marys and would it be better to play them elsewhre at a smaller ground, you know like what Chelsea, Man City, London, Everton, Spurs etc all do and you get jumped on for being a dinosaur talking bollocks 😂
  12. at least they're accelerating the end to asylum hotels so there will be plenty of space to put them in.
  13. Record number of illegal migrants crossed the channel this weekend. Smashing the gangs going really well
  14. That London City Lionesses are run by dinosaurs who talk bollocks
  15. It is the obvious answer to so that. Maybe they could do an arrangement with Eastleigh or Totton to use their stadiums which would be suitable for most matches and it seems to be what other clubs do. They’d also make some profit on it rather than is make a probable loss Chelsea play at Kingsmeadow and Man City play at their academy stadium so it’s not some radical, misogynistic suggestion that it might be a good idea we do similar highly amusing that if anyone suggests it though they’re dinosaurs talking bollocks 🤣🤣🤣🤣
  16. YES!!
  17. When you ask for something in a cafe or something, "can i have two cofffees please?" and they reply "of course you can"
  18. Remember when he said the womens team will be bigger than the mens 😂
  19. Brighton particularly had the balance right though. They also signed James Milner, Danny Wellbeck, Lallana, along with the likes of Lewis Dunk, Solly March who have been there years. They've also spent big at times to, they have 11 players who cost more than our record transfer fee. They have struck a balance of experience, quality and YHGTIers. It might all go wrong but they've got it very right at the moment
  20. the sort of record breaking "success" we bred wasn't quite what they planned.
  21. I have zero issue with this, it's the reality for all about 3 clubs in the world. Some clubs, like we did for a while, do it very well. What i have an issue with about Saints is that is the only strategy. We stopped bringing in experienced players to build a solid core and instead tried to build a team pretty entirely of players we wanted to sell in two years time. We never looked at who could do a job for us now, it was all about how much we can sell them for in the future.
  22. None of them give a shit about anyone. It's time people stopped deluded themselves about this.
  23. Guess it was a case of resign or be sacked. I'm sure if she was a Tory this place would be full of people incandescent with rage about how all they care about is themselves, Tory scum etc but as shes Labour it's all a shame really. We know how it works.
  24. That's one way of looking at it. It doesn't actually say if they were trying to avoid tax nor not, but it does show a lot of the aggressive and ruthless tactics of HMRC which are shameful. I'm not really sure how these things work with regard to tax dodges etc but what it does show is they trusted a group of people that befriended them and were absolutely ripped off by some scumbags.
