so basically 3 of the best players we've had in the last 5 years then.
-
Just get him to talk, he'd bore me into submission.

In my old job we had to do six month risk assessments for home working, which included sending pictures of your home office or work area, details of the height of your screen, temperature etc. Pathetic.
-
I agree. There are also a not insignificant number of non jobs, such as Head of Inclusion and Diversity, which are comparatively very well paid, correct?
-
True though isn’t ti.
-
oh no i completely agree the cuts to the police are a disgrace, but that wasn't the point he was making, he's trying to backtrack now.
-
when you say "keep banging on about it" you mean mentioned it once in response to your post about non jobs in the public sector. You brought the subject up, dont get all upset because it's not going your way.
-
Im sure i could google it but i cant be arsed. One Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion could pay for two trainee coppers. What would we rather have two people helping to solve crimes or one person making sure enough women and POCs apply for jobs?

Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion :: Derbyshire Constabulary Jobs like this one?

They dont need to "fall for his guff" It's all on here, loads of examples and plenty of people have seen it. Sad that someone who gives so much credence to his reputation on internet forums is a laughing stock across many of them, along with outing himself to be the exact opposite of the character he likes to portray. And someone you have on ignore is the reason you wont cough up a fiver

You have to wonder why we didn’t play more friendlies. They looked like a team of strangers so it wasn’t enough. Other clubs seem to have played quite a few, we’ve got rumours of one against Barcelona, the Bournemouth one and a strange one against Bristol city which seemed to be largely youngsters.
-
It’s not any less amusing the second time. Awful
-
The Bristol accent.

Whose idea was it only to sign YHGTIers? Hopefully it wasn't Ralph at that looks like being a bigger disaster than Pellegrino/Carillo.
-
Not sure what MLG is confused about.

When (if) we go down, who will leave? Bella Kotchap, KWP, Lavia, possibly Salisu & JWP, a promoted club might take a punt on Adams. Kind of sums up where we are, you're only looking at 3-5 players even promoted clubs would want. Probably get about £80m in transfer fees though.

Like he's got me on ignore. On several occasions he's replied directly to me, when pointed out he cant do that he's made out he read the post without being logged in, logged in, took me off ignore to reply, replied then put me back on ignore. Yeah course he did.

I agree. lets face it, we look doomed this season, it's going to either take a wonder transfer window or a miracle worker to keep us up, relegation cant be put on Jones. We've got a really crap team, been in decline for a while so In many ways he's got a free hit, if we go down it's not his fault, if we stay up he's a hero.

Watched the second half on the stream, aside from the two comedy misses at the end i was surprised how similar it was to Ralphball. I know he said he wasnt going to change to much too quickly but really it was the same players doing the same things in the failed system that we've tried many times and ditched under Ralph. We look so much brighter when Stuart Armstrong plays and despite the miss Edozie was a bright spot, got on the ball and made things happen, the only one on the pitch who looked remotely exciting.

Why are you name dropping me in this thread you wierdo?

Nicked from facebook The Specials. Terry. This is what happened. We had it all planned out. Make the album we were going to do in 2020 – a reggae album. Record in Los Angeles in November. We had the studio booked, flights paid for, accommodation sorted. Roger Rivas from The Agrolites was going to co-produce. Shepard Fairey was going to do the cover. Lynval, still recovering from his spinal surgery earlier in the year, was over in the UK and raring to go. Terry had the framework for 8 tunes. Confidence was high. We were set to meet up with Nikolaj and make magic. This was in September. Terry e-mails everyone and says he’s in bed with a stomach bug and can’t do the first week of pre-production sessions. No big deal, we can knock everything back a week. We’re not due to fly out until November 4th. The next week, Terry is no better and is in hospital. There’s not much we can do except wait for him to get better. Sunday October 2nd and I get a phone call from Manager Steve. And everything turns to shit. Terry’s illness is a lot worse than we thought. He has been diagnosed with cancer of the pancreas which has spread to his liver. This is serious. Like life-threatening serious. He has developed diabetes due to his pancreas being attacked. This has to be treated first, then it’s a regime of chemotherapy. There is nothing anyone can do. Everything is put on hold. Terry is emphatic that no-one be told about this. If anyone asks, he’s managing his diabetes. The chemo treatment starts favourably but it seems that it would be March 2023 at the earliest before we’d be in any position to work. He is in and out of hospital to stabilise the diabetes issue and also to manage pain. It then goes quiet. Beginning of December and reports are not good. Terry has lost a lot of weight and is very frail. His friend Ian Broudie visits and phones Manager Steve. He fears that Terry is slipping away. 15th December and Manager Steve drives up to London to visit. He calls me on his return journey and says things are not looking promising. Terry is dying. The next day he is put on morphine and is more-or-less unconscious for most of the time. I thought it would be best for me to go and visit but Lindy, his wife, advises against it. She has held her phone to Terry’s ear so that his sisters and Lynval can say their goodbyes. She suggests I do the same. So, I did. It was tough. Terry died around half past 5 the next evening, Sunday 18th December. The world has lost a unique voice and I have lost a good friend. Horace.

With the players we’ve got it’s probably the best formation to suit them but for whatever reason it just doesn’t work for us. Weird really as every time we’ve used it it’s been crap

Martin Duffy from primal scream gone as well. 🥲

8 goals in 16 so far this season for the Brummie Benzema. only needs one more goal to equal what Broja scored in 38. Level with his own haul of 8 last season and only one off his high of 9 with us in 42 games in 20/21 season. He really is turning into a top class striker
