You keep banging on about this but also missing the point that if we dont come straight back up we will have a debt of £40m+ for seats we dont need and cant sell.
-
"Only one more day to get through i can stop drinking." WTF? cock.

People seem to forget that although you earn more money from more seats it also costs money to put them there. We've had this discussion over and over again during the years and people scream, "expand expand expand" without realising it'll also give us a debt of at least £40m when we already have significant debt. If we sold out every week it would still take a good few years to actually see any profit from them. The only way it would be viable is if we knew we could sell the seats for a good few years, ie a waiting list for season tickets running into the thousands. Also no relegation on the horizon, no point spunking 10s of millions now so fans can boast about the size of the stadium when we wont sell out every week in the championship.

Lowe said it cost £1000 per seat to build St Mary’s and £3000 per seat to expand it. This was obviously many years ago but even using those numbers it would cost more to expand to 45,000 than it cost to build it in the first place.

TBF the CVs of the leaders stack up quite well. Dragon a billionaire, Rasmus has been a director at Brentford who did well whilst he was there (seems to be in-spite of not because of though) and also part time chairman of Midtjylland where they are in the most successful period ever. Kraft is meant to be worth £2b himself and an investor. BTW Kraft seems to be escaping a lot of the flack with most of it directed towards Rasmus. Kraft is chairman of Saints with Phil Parsons as CEO. It seems Rasmus is the president of Goztepe whereas Kraft and Parsons are more involved in Saints.

does he exist? Last time i saw him he looked like a kid whose dad had let him join in a game with his mates

Depends who was in charge. If it was Labour loads on here would think it was a lovely gesture from the caring party who really do want to make the country better. If it was the evil, nasty, lying Tories then it'd be a terrible idea from those who just want to get more tax off us to give control us with their propaganda, whilst giving large contracts to their mates to run it.

Lets hope so, they'll be shit as us before long!

cool it with the lesaphobia.

It'll be Alex Scott she ticks every box.

what's he done to deserve a knighthood? London is a shit hole and getting worse every year.

Brighton must be kicking themselves, loaned out for 3 years whilst he was there never playing for them then sold to Coventry where he smashed it and doing even better in Portugal. Will get a big move for £50m+ soon. Brightons scouts do an incredible job though.

Course you do. That’ll be the Covid vaccine effect

Surely this should be known as The Data Driven Derby

It’s as close to a banker as you can get. I don’t think I’ve ever bet on Saints to lose but I might start, even with terrible odds it’s still free money.

yep and its even deeper than that. A person could say the same thing on two different platforms and on one of them it's disgusting, disgraceful comments and on the others its perfectly acceptable comment. Same goes for who is saying it too.

you never see Whitey disagree with Refs, this was an obvious a foul as you'll see, goalkeepers get free kicks for far, far less every single game.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 scraping the scrapings off the scraps left on the bottom of the barrel you utter clown an article quoting people off twitter, something you’re regularly criticising people on here of doing whos the hypocrite?!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

One of these goals was disallowed for impending the goalkeeper the other one was given. If you didn't know better which one would you think was given?

hmm, not sure i agree with you about signing players in the championship good enough for the premier league. In the championship we signed Jack Cork, Steve De Ridder, Jos Hooliveld, Billy Sharp, Danny Fox, Tanadari Lee, with the exception of Jack Cork the others were all very much top/good championship players but miles off it in the premier league. The first year in L1 we made some brilliant signings, Lambert, Fonte, Hammond, Jaidi, Puncheon, (although a bit of prick for a while was clearly capable of playing higher up) to add to the quality already here, Lallana, Schniderlin, Ox, so had a really, really good base to go the the championship. Even our signings when we went up weren't that great, Clyne, Davis were good, Rodriguez has a slow start but did well after about 6 months, then there were Mayuka, Yoshida, Ramirez & Gazzaniga. We had the goalkeeping debacle where we started the season with Davis, quickly became apparent he wasnt good enough so slung in Gazzaniga with the same result and ended up scouring the free transfer market to find Boruc who thankfully worked out brilliantly. It certainly wasnt a conveyor belt of brilliant signings following a superbly executed plan that's for sure.

wasnt relegation meant to be our reset? You know it's bad when our recent signings make Ross Wilson look like a genius. I'm sure it's all part of some genius long term plan that us mortals are not understanding. I think Rasmus should whiteboard it live to the fanbase.
