No idea mate we know fuck all as everyone keeps saying. The post I made was just luck and could have been about anyone. It was just a coincidence that our former number 14 is returning and I posted a picture of 14 and boomerang 2 months ago

https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/25592182.oriol-romeu-set-return-southampton-fc-free-agent/ well, well, well we don’t know anything, just lucky, another coincidence it was already in the pubic domain etc etc

💯 we need a strong leader someone to come in with a bit of gravitas. Not a coach or a nice guy, someone to galvanise the team. the problem is those that running the club want these coaches, out of the box thinking and want to be in control
-
Bet you woke up with a boner this morning at the thought of Martin coming back
-
Correct we had the usual never play for the club again hysteria from some he’s made a mistake he’s apologised there are far more things wrong at saints than Nathan Wood
-
Have we had more managers in the last 18 months than times DD has touched the ball this season?
-
that's being generous. I've seen us live, at the game, twice this season plus probably another 5 or so on TV. We've been pretty shit in all of them. Even the games we've won we've got away with it. The games i've been to live gives you a different perspective to on TV where you can really see stuff unfold better than on TV. Hull was absolutely dire, clueless. Blackburn was okay until the game changing subs, those last 20 minutes were an absolute embarrassment at any level of football, that was when i knew Still was out of his depth.

More managers than wins since the start of 2024/25 season 😂😂😂😂😂
-
Wayne Rooney is available
-
If it’s him then these clowns will never learn will they
-
Agreed the right decision but can’t help but feel a bit sad about it. Seemed a decent guy but appeared massively out of his depth from the start not helped by the dickheads round him on the pitch and in the boardroom good luck for the future, but right decision for us right now. Another Sport Republic disaster

Another fuck up in an endless conveyor belt of fuck ups. Let’s see which out of the box manager they bring in this time

Just had a listen to the thing with Blackmore and Tessem. Blackmore goes in on SR this week, saying there are people involved who think they know better than the game itself, idealistic, don’t like the admit they’ve got stuff wrong but they need to etc. a lot of what we’ve been saying but good to hear it coming from someone closer to the club
-
Don’t you guys all have a premier league team? I support saints and my premier league team is Chelsea. It was hard to decide between them and Newcastle this year but Chelsea winning the World Cup was awesome so chose them. I also support Napoli, Real Madrid and Inter Miami

What’s the love island story?
-
I’m not saying I agree with it. The point I’m trying to make is I’d rather that, which at least shows a bit of anger and reaction than some “we’ve got to do better” bullshit we’ve had the last few weeks should he have done it, no of course not does he and the rest of the them deserve it? Fucking right they do, and I was one of those singing you’re not fit to wear the shirt and giving wanker signs to them at Blackburn last week when they came over and you’re right at another club the fans would have turned much earlier but - and the point here is, it was a reaction which it at least shows aome passion and spirt not a scripted poor me, we’ve got to try harder PR stunt
-
Doctor or engineer?
-
Did he touch it though or did he miss the ball? I can’t remember I remember captain Jack getting on the end of it after downs fucked up
-
How many times has he touched the ball in a saints shirt? In the games I’ve seen him he’s barely touched it. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s less than 10
-
He reminds me a bit of Gaston Ramirez however without that Villa game to fall back on as proof he clearly has talent
-
Just done it again and it’s suggest Allegri and Zidane 😂
-
I’d prefer Carrick but would take either
-
Alfie Jones another one we got rid of currently second with Boro. Them two or the combined £30m we spent on our current superstars
-
Particularly Boro after we signed their best player and Stoke who is the default suggestion as to who we are going to become if we don’t go up this year. I’d take that right now
