We have done very well from poor decisions lately. Aguero and then Fabregas booked when both should have had pens. Evens out some shockers in the Everton game.

Close, but Lallana better for me. Lallana on top form is a goal threat which we havent seen from Tadic. AL will be close to 10 PL goals most likely. Also Lallana works so hard closing people down which is rarely noted by pundits etc. Don't get me wrong, Tadic is excellent when on form and we got a great fee for Lallana but there is something about him that is so good to watch (not his new teeth though).

I think those that declared Tadic to be far superior were a bit hasty. Silly stuff for Saints fans especially to say, we know more than any other fans how good he is!

Thought Pelle was excellent yesterday and versus Everton. Not much wrong IMO.

Defensively in a game like today it just doesn't suit him because he is quite weak and not very aggressive. He let Hazard win a header against him in our box near the end FFS. But Arsenal will be a different game, they arent as powerful as Chelsea and it may suit him more.

With the FA Cup most of the games are on Saturdays so its not as much of a drain unless you have replays. Ipswich an ideal game for McCarthy debut at right back, whilst might be good to give Reed another game but wouldn't make many changes. Morgan can play as will have missed Arsenal. Pretty sure Koeman will go strong. If he thinks we will be good enough to rest Pelle and win then he might look at that.

Poor one vs one defensively otherwise would be good as he has the composure and energy. But he would get beaten too easily I think. I would put Toby there unless either Bertrand or Targett are comfortable on that side.

Great point, really fought hard. Morgan had to take one for the team but thats the only negative. Hopefully Clyne will be back for Arsenal and we can something against them too. Mane excellent and Pelle also I think. Fonte poss MOTM for me.

Great player. Absolutely goes without saying that it would be great keep him, but there are a number of bigger and better clubs that he would be a great (and cheap) signing for so just enjoying having him here this season. If we did somehow sign him then it would probably be the steal of the summer.

Ditto Mane and Toby. Have a 100% record when they score too. Powerful squad stats wise which is a real fillip going into these next three games.
