Pretty clear that despite raking in 90 plus million in fees and a record amount of TV money the club will spent a fraction of that on players. We may still have a good team but a huge trading profit will be made this window, and from KL's perspective she is well entitled to do that. All the money being supposedly available to Koeman and it actually materialising is quite different it seems.

Tadier and Schelotto are part of the three surely? When he said this weekend he probably meant deals agreed then not necessarily announced then. By saying it though he puts pressure on the club to close the deals. Prediction: Tadier and Schelotto in this coming week, maybe on other next week.

I think many agree. Last season was probably our peak for a while in terms of quality of football. Doesnt mean this season has to be awful though.

To be fair Tadier sounds like a very good player. Ideal to get on loan and see if it could work longer term.

Very speedy. In a strange way he is better off the ball than on it from what I saw at Bournemouth and Brighton. Best thing is his tenacious attitude. More so than footballing skills I reckon.

We came 8th in spite of Gazzaniga and Davis, who had a high error rate whenever they played. Sorry, but backup goalie was one of the key things to sort out this summer as the Gazza period in December cost us big time. Clearly we are after Forster, but need to keep Boruc too otherwise there is limited benefit.

Not one as poor as Gazzaniga or Davis. They are the worst no 2 keepers in the league I reckon. Kelvin mostly due to age, has obviously been great for us previously.

Pointless signing Forster if we let Boruc go, need a back up with some chance of keeping a clean sheet. Problem with Boruc is his distribution is so, so poor, as evidenced last night. If Forster's isnt any better than I wouldnt bother with him. But his must be because Boruc's is truely woeful.
