If its the qualifiers then someone **** is what we will all hope for.

Your comment is far more depressing than any of mine on this thread. Mine is actually pretty positive saying he has done really well for us. Play the post not the poster.
-
Lallana probably after a new contract. Halfway through his now I think.
-
Stoke just spent £19m on an inferior, less proven player.
-
We obviously need Man Utd to beat West Ham!
-
A team needs a variety of players though. Eric Dier is not the greatest on the ball but has been very effective for Spurs this season and likely will start for England at the Euros. Wanyama's passing is fine when he is told to play simple. Its not a strength of his but allied to the other attributes he has the whole package is a very effective player and ironically one Arsenal specifically would be better for having.
-
Will be Bony or Benteke the English based player. Michy B the foreign player I think.
-
Robson-Kanu is nowhere near the level we need and at his age would be a poor signing. Which is why we (hopefully) won't be looking to sign him.
-
Sullivan already telling everyone about every WHU intend to make: http://www.claretandhugh.info/sullivan-reveals-two-massive-hammers-bids/ Such an unprofessional club in many ways.
-
We didn't sell them Toby!
-
Spurs obviously wanted him last summer and there have been reports recently they still do. They want another holding player yet haven,'t been linked with many. Pochettino knows all about him and knows he is capable of playing in he style that he wants. The adaptation time will be low, he is a good age and still has improvement in him yet is experienced in terms of games played. No brainer signing for Spurs at the £10-12m mark I would say. Won't play every game but neither will Dier as they will have a tough schedule next season and MP as we know does use his full squad. Hopefully not, but still think they are the most likely option and they can offer CL football. We haven't sold them a player though since Pochettino left so would be interesting to see what happens if/when they bid.
-
I wouldn't say we replaced Clyne well, nor Schnedierlin massively well. We will be fine next season despite Wanyana going but it is still an important replacement to make in a key position which is a valid opinion for someone to have IMO.
-
Its clearly stated that its before his likely last game. Happy for you not to view it if it offends.

Matt Targett - Joins Aston Villa (Official)

He is decent technically but lacks that yard of pace you need as a full back, both in attack and defence to be really good. Similar to JWP in some ways. Will have a good career. -
We bought two RBs last summer. That was the time to get someone decent in. They knew for ages Clyne was likely to go. I think next season it will be Cedric and Martina otherwise they have to admit they made a mistake and bought two players in neither of whom are near Clyne or Bertrand's level.
-
Clyne didn't and he had the home grown premium. If Wanyama won't sign a new deal we aren't in a strong bargaining position.
-
Highly likely the Palace game will be his last official one for Saints, three years after he joined from Celtic. Obviously has been bumpy off the pitch at times but considering we paid about £12m for him he has been a fantastic signing and IMO a key reason for our sustained improvement. Not the best on the ball (but nowhere near as bad as some make out) his physical attributes have been massive for us. The number of duels, headers, tackles that he wins are probably much more appreciated by teammates than fans. He has also be vital in many of our victories against the top sides and has (most recent ban aside) been fit and available for selection in the vast majority of games, pretty much being a must pick. At his age and experience level he represents a bargain for any side (probably Spurs) who pick him up this summer for likely little more than £10m. https://youtu.be/PfuQgjGQNHY Current Stats: Saints Games: 94 Saints Goals: 4 Saints Yellows: 23 Saints Reds: 3 Saints Outbursts: 2 Reported secret conversations with Wenger whilst at Saints: 1

Davis: Keep Koeman and our best players http://m.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/14478742.Davis__Let_s_finish_on_a_high____and_then_nobody_must_leave_/?ref=rss

Do you know the meaning of "couple" Virgil?
-
Koeman is such an excellent tactical manager. Rarely gets it wrong and especially away against the big sides we have done really well since RK came in.
-
Doubt Austin will start. Surely same lineup as the last two games.

Virgil van Dijk signs new six-year deal with Saints

If VVD is here two more seasons that is more than most would have imaged on Friday. No issue with the comment, everyone knows contracts aren't literal unless you are Koeman [emoji12] -
Forster really doesn't like coming off his line, does he? Seems slightly worse since the injury, even though it wasn't a strength of his before. Could be something that may put off other clubs potentially. Note: obviously great win etc, not taking anything away from that!
-
Class result. Forster quality at the end, after his inability to come out of his goal decisively cost us. Second points tally in 2016 to Leicester. Great work from Koeman, lets keep him and build on the momentum. We have a good team so lets have an ambitious summer.

@OptaJoe: 19 - Since making his debut in August 2014, only Fabregas (25) and Ozil (23) have more PL assists than Dusan Tadic. Saintly.
