Summer 2014 and previous absolutely. Mitchell's recruitment setup did very well. VVD aside (who we had identified previously) Wilson's tenure hasn't been much to applaud. Hopefully this summer sees better recruitment than last.

Looks like just Dembele to miss out game suspended (plus Alli). Lamela lucky to have no action taken, whilst Dier ludicrously lucky not to get a second yellow but obviously that doesn't come into the scope for retrospective action.

You don't care about celebrating the career of a loyal and successful player and enjoying an evening of seeing others who played a massive role in us being promoted in consecutive seasons. But do care about what kit template Chivas have for next season. Each to their own I guess.

Certainly hope for a better success rate this summer. We must be in a position to sign PL ready players having finished top 10 for three seasons running.

Agree, just had a look and it seems a normal build up thread. Obviously they are confident of beating us, no reason for them not to be really but Saints barely referred to, they just want to finish ahead of Arsenal which is totally understandable.

Suspended would be Dembele almost certainly and possibly Lamela depending on FA retrospective action. Injured looked like Rose and Toby but hard to know to what extent. They will still have a strong side. Davies, Wimmer, Mason, Chadli etc to come in if needed.

Saw earlier they are as low as 6/1 to finish in the top 10. Bookies learning lessons. Leicester 40/1 to win it again and 16/1 to go down next season.

Dier definitely. The Dembele and Lamela incidents he/linesman didn't see and will be dealt with anyway. Only possibly Rose otherwise could have got a 2nd yellow.

Yeah that couldn't have gone any better for us unless Kane was sent off. Their fans will be flat on Sunday too you would think. Clattenburg I thought did as well as could be expected until that last 10mins when he lost control. Dier 100% should have gone and even his first yellow could have been a red.
