Saints have a fully fit squad according to Solent.
-
Yeah that sounds good. For me to win he has to be Spurs Manager in their first game of the next season in August. For you to win he has to be at another club or out of work. Deal!
-
Koeman quite evasive in his presser today about a new contract. He said: - He will be the Manager next season as has one year of contract - Not talking about links to other clubs - Still ambitious as a Manager - Hasnt had any contract talks with the Club and he will wait for them to approach him if they want to - He had meetings about the 5 year plan which he was interested in. The club wants to grow more which was good to see in RK's opinion - No rush on contract in his opinion as has one year left and when he was at Feyenoord he signed 3 x 1 year contracts and only started discussing the next one in the January so plenty of time My opinion: Saints in a difficult position because if he does just decide to see out the contract we either have to put up with a lot of media speculation and distraction next season, or let him go this summer on the basis we want someone who is committed to the long term. Surely no chance we will fire him, so Ralph had better let Reed handle the talks and hope they go well!

Are we on for the charity bet then?
-
Pochettino: "When will we sign? Maybe tomorrow or on Tuesday, it depends on my lawyer." #THFC Charity bet for £200 he is Spurs Manager for the first game of the next PL season?
-
He already has a big job. New stadium on the way too. He may not stay 5 years but I expect him to do at least another 2 at Spurs. Why not, he has all the right conditions to do his work. It wouldn't easy as easy at a club always looking to sign superstars.
-
He is ****e and will be sacked by Christmas knowing Levy. In all seriousness it just shows that Spurs are a much bigger club than us. They stole our Manager (and the best centre back in the PL) whilst it will be tough to get his replacement to sign a new deal to stay with us. Being able to build over the long term by keeping your best players and an absolutely top class Manager must be a nice feeling! Pochettino: "Its an easy decision..." Koeman: "It depends..."

So the Long offside WAS offside but just not awarded as offside. Do you agree?
-
Pellegrini confirms Silva and Toure are out but everyone else fit.
-
What is your opinion on whether Ronald will stay, see out his contract, sign another one etc?
-
It was offside. Factually offside. It wasn't given as offside but it was offside. Just like before goalline technology some 100% proven goals were not awarded as a goal. There are two stages to an offside: 1. It being offside 2. A linesman or referee noticing and awarding it The first determines whether something is offside or not.

Pass on my regards to ALWAYS_SFC.

When he leaves us it will be for another PL team IMO.

Alex Chamberlain available in the summer?

Nothing? Happens all the time. -
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2016/04/28/roberto-martinez-could-be-sacked-next-week-with-everton-board-me/ Would Koeman be tempted by Everton if their new investor pumps in a lot of money as expected?

Whatever Wanyama did he wasn't an important factor in us not beating a limited team in the Europa League. We needed to play better, not pick a weirdly defensive and paceless team in the crucial away leg and ultimately create and score more.
-
He is going to Man Utd for €40m apparently. Out of our league
-
Koeman would leave tomorrow if he was offered the Arsenal job and if he didn't would be mad.
-
For two seasons. Then Bordeaux.
-
Led to believe games are being played by all.
-
He will be told by the Club what the priorities are. They will rest players for sure but it won't be like the Chelsea cup game. Virtually all the players they select would get in our first choice team.
-
Not sure they will go too weak as they need CL football and their game after ours is Arsenal. Also big difference between 3rd and 4th qualifier wise.
-
What has happened since has suggested it was perfect timing for Saints. Pochettino inherited a good squad that Adkins had assembled and got more out of most of the players.
-
If we replaced Pelle with Nakhi Wells it would bea step down in quality. Worth remembering Pelle is our top scorer the last two seasons. You don't replace your top scorer with an unproven player unless you can help it.
