I think its pretty obvious to anyone in football who bothers to check that AL is out for a bit. An insult to intelligence of others to think you can hoodwink them. Also not sure that one medium term injury would alter our transfer plans, seems very knee jerk to purchase a player based on a two month injury. If we were going to get a wideman we still will, if we werent then we wont IMO. This. Even though we were L1 two years ago 30m is enough to build a top 10 squad in this average league. It doesnt matter the other teams have built squads over a few years.

Positives of Lambert outweigh negatives. Selling your talisman halfway through a relegation fight is laughable unless David Villa is lined up. The summer perhaps depending what happens but now would be a joke.

Yeah but is he? Yoshida is competent enough. Is Lowry really someone that would improve the defence? Not saying he isn't as havent seen much of him, but no point getting anyone unless they come straight into the side an improve it.

Not seen a lot of him but Villa let him go in the summer. Is he any better than Hooiveld or Yoshida?
