i like these little snippets...especially on a slow day at work. Good to see some real footage. Everything else you see is so prepared for the cameras and each sentance is carefully maufactured so as to say nothing whatsoever. Thought the mascots were the highlight. No nerves there. Liked the refs attitude. Much more down to earth than most of them. Thumbs up fron Clyne and Shaw. Boys! Would like more pitchside shots of the bench , the crowd , the celebrations. Get rid of those stills of the goals and show the home and away fans.

Wellbeck i can understand , BUT how the fook can James bl00dy Milner get called up every time , and by every single manager who's in charge! I spoke to a player of that era and he said Sturrocks training sessions were a joke. As LB correctly stated , at Staplewood he would often be lying down on a bench speeking on his mobile for most the sessions. Simply not professional enough. Should never have been appointed.

they're still uncertain about the date for this game...all depends upon 'Pools Europa cup progress or lack of it. annoying for us that have to book flights well in advance. any how , because of this uncertainty , it will now be the QPR match instead.

Lived all my early years in Littleton. Now its just po$h. Played for Littleton Juniors on that sloping pitch. Went to school in Crawley. Now it is just a house. Thats how small it was. Remember walking from a mates farm back to Littleton through the woods. Not sure a 10 year old would do that now? Beautiful area but too much snobbery nowdays. Good pub in Sparsholt.
