Quite interesting watching Arsenal at the moment. One of the best passing sides in the country yet they have rarely played it out from the back. Ramsdale has mainly kicked or thrown the ball long.
-
All I can say is that, if we do end up in the play-offs, it won't be for the feint-hearted thanks to the way we let in so many soft goals. These will be huge games and it will be a big gamble to rely on us outscoring whoever we come up against either in the semi-final or the final.

Surely it won't take 20 days to work out that round pegs fit into round holes whereas square pegs fit into square holes. This is a conundrum that 18 month old babies can solve.

Anything is possible with this team 🙂

RM genius subs 🙂
-
A host of poor subs and the second ones were a desperate measure. This one is at RM's door. Very poor game management.
-
Wrong subs at the wrong time. Very poor and now we're chasing without two of our key players. Time for Sulemana to step up to the plate.
-
Not sure this can affect the international break. If game is called off today maybe it will be squeezed in to when we were due to play leicester.
-
As usual Arsenal are not ruthless enough -same against West Ham.
-
Our record could go tonight 🙂

If KWP is not fit play Bree and Stephens as the two full backs and restore the successful partnership of Bednarek and THB.
-
His goals per 90 minutes is comparable with Blackburn's Szmodic who leads the scoring chart in the Championship. If Che had played the same number of games as him at his current goals per 90 minutes he'd have netted the same number 19. He is nowhere near as bad as some claim in my opinion plus his hold up play is excellent and very important for the team. Plenty of clubs would be happy to have him.
-
Maybe play Bree at full back for this one. Radical I know but might be worth the gamble.
-
Should have just headed it.
-
He also flicked a very deft pass round the corner to keep the move going for our first goal.
-
I didn't blame him - I asked a question. If the answer was he didn't give Bednarek a shout my opinion is that he should have.,
-
I agree with a lot of what you say. However, we are clearly getting some things wrong and, as this is a forum where people express their views, fans are free to point out what they think RM could do better. It's not always abuse or even criticism it's often just an opinion put forward suggesting alternative options. We are all allowed to point out things we think could be improved upon. We don't have to meekly accept that everything RM does is for the best.
-
I wonder if he gave Bednarek a decent shout to leave it - if he didn't he should have.
-
If I was Bree, a recognised full back who is solid every time he plays, I'd be pretty pissed off that a centre back is being picked in my position.
-
So you are not prepared to take into account the state of the pitch? There had been a deluge and clearly the ground was very slippery. Not surprisingly, as Che applied leverage to get to the ball his feet gave way. However, despite that, he still had the presence of mind, strength and determination to be first to the ball and put it in the net. He did very well from what I saw on replays of the goal. Yes, he is guilty of some bad misses but let's not find ways to take the piss out of the ones he scores.
-
KWP didn't play today. I'm sure nobody expected THB to play remotely in the way KWP does. So if you are correct why on earth did Manning play as though KWP was the other full back?
-
To clarify I was meaning give him a few minutes here and there if we're comfortably winning.
-
Tries hard but is well out of his depth. Should be nothing more than a regular sub - just a squad player who should be getting a few minutes here and there off the bench. Time for RM to stop kidding himself that Manning belongs in our first eleven.
-
Need to win our two home games now and go into the break feeling better about ourselves.

Leicester and Leeds starting to crumble like a cream cracker left out in the sun 🙂
