Waiting for VAR to confirm if it's over the line. -

I reckon we're going for a spectacular double reveal - Aaron Ramsdale and JWP. -
A little harsh on Lumley. Yes, he made the one glaring error but he also made a very good save to keep us level after Wood screwed up - had that gone in we might well have lost the game.
-
He's got Jacky Grealish vibes by Kim Carnes.
-
Tell them to double it and we might think about it.
-
I thought he used them very well to get out of tight spots and change the direction of play. A very accomplished cameo last night and he was clearly the best footballer on the pitch in terms of technique, awareness and ability and I get that it wasn't a particularly high bar.

Yes but don't worry we've signed Dubravka on a 5 year deal. -
Not me. Would use the loan elsewhere. Don't think he's what we need.
-
I tend to agree on Fraser. He did well for us last season in the Championship but not sure he has what it takes for The Premier League. Maybe a useful squad player but think we can and should be doing better.
-
Looking at his goal celebration he thinks he strikes like a cobra.
-
The most I'd offer Ings is a pay per play deal - take it or leave it. Obviously he'd take the latter option.
-
Some silky play there laced with power - the guy is a tank and will be better than Wanyama was for us. Like Fernandez he spots a pass quickly and plays it. With these two our midfield will have a bit about it and move the ball much quicker.
-
He could be the big midfield unit we've been missing for so long. Covers the ground rapidly with his long stride so can snuff out danger. He's a tidy passer and is capable of breaking forward and carrying the ball. Just what we need and I feel he should start on Saturday alongside Downes and Fernandes. However, I doubt RM will be so keen to change two in midfield so we may only see Fernandez which would be a pity.
-
I think SAA has a far more developed game than Edozie. He's better at beating his man, finishes better and has far more of an end product. Edozie struggled tonight against a Cardiff reserve full back who he should have had on toast.
-
Not sure he'll have convinced RM to start him.
-
Decent as a squad player but think we have better options now with Downes, Fernandez and Big Les.
-
This is what makes him so valuable to us. His quickness of thought and action is a breath of fresh air after seeing our other midfielders labouring and taking so long to spot passes and movement. He must be one of the first names on the team sheet.

I thought it was a loan with an option to buy? -
Ramsdale Suga THB Bednarek KWP Downes Big Les Fernandez AA Archer BBD However, we all know Captain Jack will be in the starting line up.
-
I think we need to start playing the two of them straight away as they are clearly an upgrade on Aribo and Smallbone. Ok, the opposition was lower level tonight but they both oozed class and should work well with Downes.
-
Who is better than Big Les in midfield? The choices seem to be Aribo or Smallbone.
-
As did Big Les and Tyler Dibbling. Lallana was superb and it was a good cameo from ABK. SAA was also very good but probably still not ready to feature much in the Premier League although he probably deserves minutes off the bench.
-
RM has some huge decisions to make in terms of selection for Saturday's game against Brentford. I wonder how brave he will be because there were quite a few tonight making claims for a start.
-
Lallana is still a superb footballer. He'll probably struggle in the Premier League but tonight he was a joy to watch.
-
He was superb. We should be putting in a cheeky bid because he is going to be some player. What a goal even though it should not have counted because their left winger was about 3 yards offside when he received the ball.
