Hate to break it to you but he has been getting his fitness in the Under 23 for the last month or so, played 90mins against chelsea and another 86 against newcastle. A month ago "we" couldnt count on Jay but now he is our main hope for goals. Thankfully the club have more patience with players.

I am happy with Virgil being with us for a short period as I just appreciate how awesome he is but I will be upset if he does not go to a Real Madrid, Barcelona, Munich or at a push new rich clubs like PSG and City. He is too good for us and is the best defender in the premier league bar NONE. If we get 50M for him that is a ROI I would take every day of the week :-)
