Ziyech currently being quoted at 8mil euro's which for a talented 22yr old attacking midfielder role seems a steal but Twente are in financial trouble. Biggest problem is: Attacking Midfielder (Davis) hardly ever scores and his replacement (JWP) only has scored a penalty for us. This time last year both Morgan and Vic had scored 6 goals, so far this year our DM partnership has 1 goal (Romeu) Tadic does not score enough for the positions he gets into, same with Shane Long. Pelle needs 5 chances for every 1 goal scored.

Think we can all agree that we've been talking about lack of central midfield goals from JWP/Davis for the last 2 seasons and we definitely have needed a clinical striker since Ricky left our current lot need too many chances and if Tadic/Madic are off form supplying them then we have no chance.

Imbula has been pretty average for Porto this season hence they want rid after only 6 months, "can't settle" is a euphemism for he's crap for the money we paid for him and we need someone else.

I think Davis has been awesome this year for us but he still has only scored 2 goals in 1.5 seasons so far and jwp the FEC has 1 goal which is a penalty. Look what Eriksen (Ajax - Eredevisie product) does for spurs and he cost like 10mil. Rather than create problems create solutions so I'd like to see this guys come in, Hakim Ziyech, scored 10 from AM so far this season for Twente.

Thought Claise and Vic were immense in midfield, Mane worked selflessly as did Davis. But special shout out for Cuco and Shane, great goals and Shane's work rate was fantastic.

I heard on the commentary for villa that they said he was the highest rated defender so far this season in the premier league.

Clasie is not the midfield destroyer Vic and Romeu are. Him and JWP are meant to be the artisans, deep lying play markers either spotting runs of the front 3 or feeding Davis or the wide men. Neither of them have had a long time in the team but Clasie played in a World Cup semi, captained feyanoord and 3 games ago was getting great reviews on here.
