African countries also have poor footballing infrastructure and planning. Plenty of corruption too. Lots of African players tend to go where the money is, rather than where they'll develop as players with regular game time. So much squandered talent, so many reasons.

I'd agree some services aren't packed. A more comprehensive system might offer an alternative to the car though and could actually be environmentally and economically beneficial.

Some services are very infrequent and many areas aren't well covered.

A central midfielder and a more robust attacking player.

A Tyne-Wear Metro style light railway network between Southampton and p.mpey would make a lot of sense really.

Really not fussed with Coutinho. Talented player, but not likely to be up for a relegation battle. We should have other priorities.

Alvarez isn't as good as Coutinho. He is slow and lacks the stamina to last the pace. Definitely has talent though. He'd play in the same kind of position as Gastón but probably isn't an improvement.
