And now I see bill (the admin on pompeyonline) is trying to claim that they have always had a problem with all saints fans on there. It's a shame they feel they cannot have a proper conversation with those who wish to debate the points sensibly who are saints fans. My point about hiding my identity was not bragging as Bill claims, I just find it hilarious that skates are so insecure and so unable to reply sensibly to a rival asking sensible questions, that the minute I revealed my allegiance, I would be banned regardless of the content of my posts! Steve grant was banned for absolutely no reason. Are you skates so devoid of intelligence that you would rather hurl abuse and run away than reply with proper arguments? At least corp ho on here tries to answer the points as best as he can! It says a lot for this place that we allow skates on here as long as they are sensible and let them put their side of things. Many posters on pompeyonline post such rubbish sometimes that it seems they would really benefit from some posters putting another side of the story. It seems that Bill prefers the fingers in the ears approach and wants to continue to peddle some of the myths about Portsmouth. One of the biggest jokes is the amount of positive inside info he has claimed to have during this saga which has turned out to be utter rubbish as they have lurched from one crisis to the next. As they continue to treat all posters who write anything vaguely controversial as 'scummers' they prove once again how incapable they are of having a sensible debate and being able to form cogent and polite responses. Sad.

Pompeyonline claim that they ban 'scummers' because they are incapable of proper debate but there is absolutely no evidence of that. I have seen saints fan making perfectly reasonable and non abusive points on there and all they receive is abuse in return. They also laugh at saints fans pretending to me be Pompey on there, but of the saints fans didn't do that then they would be instantly banned! I have been on there for ages now and I tend to make the points that need to be made whilst agreeing with some of the idiocy to disguise myself.

Hopefully we will get magri and a couple of the other half decent ones.

They probably both have points to be honest. Administration is a stupid cop out for all clubs. Lee was antagonistic at the time if I remember. I honestly do not care what Dickson is doing on loan as long as it benefits him.

Those are the two threads I have mentioned above, both of which were confined to two posters. I don't agree that 'many' are hinting at drastic action. I don't see that evidence and as for the Capello thread, every poster on there is either calling him or laughing at him. I don't think anyone disagrees with you- or anyone that does is in a very small minority. I think there is a danger here of overreacting to what are really one or two comments from a small minority of posters.

Where? There is one thread discussing our poor form and how it reflects on Adkins (not something I agree with really but each to their own) and another discussing Capello as manager clearly started by a simpleton. There is no meltdown. The only meltdown has occurred primarily in the mind of the poster who started this thread and those that agree with him. Oh and thanks for agreeing

I can't say I have looked myself. We were in relegation form previously, and I was really referring to the poster who mentioned the relegation form thing. Swap the word relegation for poor and the point still stands. With regards the rest of your post, I largely agree. I'm not actually unduly worried at the moment, especially with Sharp where I think we did very well in the transfer window. All I was saying was that if people are disappointed or worried then I can see where they are coming from. It doesn't mean that they aren't true supporters or that they need to calm down. A win against Burnely though is really needed to get some momentum back.

Is anyone asking to get rid of him? Really? Clearly that is a silly thing to say. I think he may need to look at his approach and see if it needs changing to get us over the line, but clearly there is no possible reason to see him sacked.

Not sure what you mean by 'barking on.' If you mean pointing out that we have been in relegation form for quite a while then I really don't see the problem in pointing it out. No one wants it to be the case, but it is a fact. I haven't seen many posters asking for Adkins to be sacked, but if there have been any, I would suggest they are in a very small minority and clearly saying something like that is ridiculous. Wondering whether Adkins has been found out a bit isn't the same thing though and I think something like that is worth discussing even if I'm not sure if I necessarily agree. It's perfectly possible to get behind the team but at the same time expressing frustration at our lack of form. The club are not impervious to criticism.

Pretty sure some people are just a bit disappointed at our really poor run of form after an excellent start. Nothing wrong with expressing that. Yes I would have been happy with our position at the beginning of the season, but if you had asked me the same at the beginning of November then I would say I would be a bit disappointed that we had allowed all the other teams to catch us up. Still reckon we will give it a good go and hope to finish at least playoffs for a successful season. Seventh or below would be extremely disappointing now though.
