The general consensus was that he wasn't sacked because of results but because of a falling out with NC. I think he did a great job and is a big reason why we are where we are now.

Disagree with you there and about him being rude. I really liked his interviews which I found enlightening and of more interest than Adkin's ones which don't really say anything. I don't think he was 'just another old school manager' as you suggest. He has proven himself capable in the premiership. It doesn't really matter but he should get the credit for his part in our revival and also that many of the squad were brought in by him.

Was great for saints and I wish him success with his future endeavours.

What I mean is that last year we got Some good results but were playing poorly which did lose us sone points in some games. This season we are playing really well so despite the Leicester result it still feels like a win.

A great manager and one I will applaud and wish the best if we meet him in future.
