  1. How dare you not ask for money mike. You imbecile
  2. Although I suppose it speaks volumes that you find the notion of someone helping someone else for free so odd.
  3. Btf- whereas you have continually failed to grasp the difference between doing a fellow saints fan a small favour and being mean spirited and billing someone for every Tiny thing they do for you. I'm glad I don't live in your world.
  4. But that is totally different. If your brother was happy to do it for free then that is up to him.
  5. Oh and no one is expecting something for nothing. The op simply asked if anyone could spare their time. If someone is willing to do it then where is the problem?
  6. How is paying your brother to come and fix something which means he has to travel a long way comparable to enquiring if someone in the local area would mind popping Down and doing a job which presumably would not take very long? Bloody hell I wouldn't like to ask you for a favour! I bet plumbers are outraged at all these do gooders depriving them of work. I lifted a washing machine up a flight of stairs for my mum's business last week, should I have paid her for my time?
  7. I'm not motivated by money so actually if I did own a plumbing business it would not bother me in the slightest.

    The 90's

I have that in a picture frame!
  9. Certainly not. Surely even you can see the difference between a scrounger who chooses not to work and gets propped up by the state, and a fellow human asking a favour from a fellow saints fan which would otherwise set him back a considerable amount of time and expense.
  10. Well done to the likes of JustMike who offered to help out for free. I would do the same if I had skills in that area. Thanks for proving that community spirit is not dead.
  11. Typical labour attitude.
  12. Wonder how Richardson did?
  13. Honourable man. Maybe he will be back at saints one day. Maybe.
  14. I'll have them mate if they are going free. Where do I get them from?
  15. Lol at people taking anything deppo says seriously. Honestly some posters on here are right mongs.
  16. Well it does seem slightly odd to 'come out' on a forum when no one even knows your real name or identity (You're 'Mr X' for god sake).
  17. Ess was ghey to me once so I can confirm the dormant sausage munching tendencies he tries to ignore.
  18. According to the documentary maker, tourism actually falls during olympics. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/8343784.stm
  19. Was speaking to a guy who runs a documentary company. Currently doing one on the olympics and has been since 2006. He is livid about it, 100 year old parts of history in london just done away with. Houses bought up by compulsory purchase orders and people given much worse alternatives. All this PR about an olympic park when 90 percent of it is buildings with tiny bits of green in between. The IOC only pay for the ceremony and the rest of us pay for everything else. The IOC are made up of a very small group of people who make massive profits on every olympics and they are ambassadors so they don't even pay tax. And all this for a 2 week sporting event! It was very enlightening.
  20. This thread will not end well.
  21. I heard that al faraj was chanrai. Allegedly...
  22. How do you know? I think we should have brought a striker and winger in earlier. Agreed?
  23. Yes but my point is I think the money could have been better spent elsewhere.
  24. That was really the point I was trying to make. Thanks for clarifying.
  25. What would you have preferred? 200K on Dickson or on a winger or striker?
