But you could also say them same for Cortese... You have to say the timing of this is just awful.

Sky were fuming because they needed some information (I think it was related to where cameras could go or if they could park in a certain place) but Cortese was on holiday and had asked not to be disturbed. No one wanted to commit themselves and so Sky had to track Cortese down themselves which I think they managed to do a few days later. They were seriously cheesed off and I expect will be thinking hard before showing games from SMS in the future. Ho hum.

Well I have no idea but maybe Cortese is not really one to compromise! I hope whoever we get, we stick with them for a while and give them a chance.

No chance IMO would MON work with Cortese. He cannot stand interfering chairmen! If we did get him though it would be extremely exciting. What are your thoughts on Zola? (Off topic I know but it is a more pleasing subject!)

In fairness though, Duncan and quite a few others were saying they expected his sacking sooner rather than later. Quite a few of them were saying it before the season had ended. You have to say they were right on the money

I'm not angered by him at all. I actually think he contributes well when he isn't rubbishing other people's opinions or calling me a troll. I just don't see how you can get personal with people and then expect your view to be respected. Anyway that's my final word on the matter. Unless gingeletiss wants to be abusive or something then let that be the end of the matter.

Thanks Duncan and can I also say that I will take you up on that drink offer at some point this season (am not in Southampton at the moment but I will be at some point.) As you mentioned, I have said things about you in the past but when I found out I was wrong I put my hands up and apologised. It's what I would expect of most decent people. It says a lot about some posters who continue to get personal rather than just admit they were wrong and move on.

A joke on a forum which has nothing to do with the saints related forum has nothing to do with my views on here. Quite clearly I do not find what happened to that girl funny. I was messing about on an off topic forum (and I got infracted for it.) I am happy to apologise and admit I was wrong to post that, are you willing to do likewise? I'm personally just fed up with the likes of gingeletiss totally failing to respect the views of others. It remains to be seen whether he can be the bigger man and admit he was wrong.

TBH there is with the amount of abuse that so many received on here. You would hope that some would be big enough to apologise.
