I agree. The cases in America of people who were killed only to later be acquitted is enough to put me off. It's easy for people to say the words about killing someone but when faced with the realities (such as last noght's programme) I bet it changed a few people's minds.
What exactly am I "not getting"? I'm not knocking tattoos, just saying that IMO they are not art and since there is no definitive definition of art, I'm not incorrect for saying that. Sigh I'm boring myself now.
I don't think I mentioned anywhere what I considered art to be and what has timing got to do with anything? I fail to see how you aren't getting this. You think tattoos are art and I don't and neither of us are wrong because the definition of art is a personal one. Understand?
It's not like that at all and I'm not trying to sound clever. An onion is a food whether you like the taste or not because it is used as fuel for your body and if you eat enough of it will fill you up. There are some tattoos that I really like the look of but that doesn't automatically qualify them as art, it's subjective because the definition of art is a personal one. Do you understand the difference?
There is no definitive definition of art and so therefore I can say that IMO a tattoo is not art and you can say that in your opinion it is but you cannot state as fact that it is or isn't.
Well you've stated it as fact there when in fact the definition of art is open for debate. It's not definitively art and I would argue that it most certainly isn't.
If reports by posters on here are anything to go by then certainly! Not answering calls for a start could have been one of a number of things which could have resulted in Liebherr getting annoyed and pulling out.
It was dismissed as meaningless in the show. There were a large number of plot holes (why did he have to be hung in 30 days? That's very unrealistic.) but the point of it wasn't to create a watertight case.
It's ridiculous and the same with Phil Brown at Hull. Why do either of them deserve to be sacked? Billy Davies should never have been sacked from Derby either.
Yeah ron, the end of the book has a big bit at the end about the fall of it all. People were still in denial years later. There's a great german film all about east germany I think it's called the lives of others. Watch that as well!
