It's a legitimate question. If Cortese's business style is disliked just by "internet warriors" on here, why were there very loud and very audible (from where I was sat) boos from a significant number?

Well actually I care quite a lot about people showing respect. Especially in religious buildings like a church and especially when you are a very public figure.

To me they appear to have been an unlikely pairing. Some of Cortese's actions appeared a bit heavy handed and unnecessarily confrontational which doesn't really fit with the Christian image I had of Markus. Nevertheless, clearly they were good friends so maybe Cortese was different personally than he was in business?
