I didn't read any of that but I'm sure it was thrilling.

Yep I agree. Not sure Stuart Armstrong will syaty every game though so not sure where they would go in that scenario.

I couldn't care less what some random avatar on a football forum thinks of my posting style. I'll post what I want within the rules thanks. You'd really be better off heeding the advice I gave and not responding if its not for you. I'll continue to have conversations with those who do respond. Now much better to post this on the off topic section or get back to discussing summer transfer dealings.

That would be perfect. Make him captain in Jack's absence and have Che starting on Saturday please.
-
The solution is to go up and use that momentum to have a few years of good times punching above our weight. Ideally during that period we would win something like Leicester did. I'd take a league cup win or another jaunt in Europe any day.
-
Thanks for your contribution soggy. Another one that would be better off not replying to posts but I know you can't help yourself. You have my pity.

He barely played a game!
-
What a prick. One replacement for him and Tella needed then.
-
So the answer is that all the posts were different. Kindly skip any posts from me if they aren't for you. I certainly won't miss any of your replies.

Please show me where I've said that before?

If this bloke is in addition to someone else and he has the time and space to get fit and firing then fantastic. If this is the Adams replacement and we will have to make do until he is fit in a month or two then that's pretty crap. Let's see.
-
What a lot of them actually said is that he should have signed a new contract with a release clause earlier on. Which makes sense.
-
Woo hope springs eternal!

Bournemouth Wolves Palace Brentford One of those 4 is my bet.
-
That's true but there's also a fair percentage of them saying we are mad to sign someone recovering from such an awful injury.
-
TBF one of the more bizarre actions of managers from last year was not starting Sulemana in every game he was fit.
-
If he gets a loan to Everton then it's a win win from his perspective. Either he keeps them up and gets to stay in the prem permanently, or they get relegated and he can come back here if we did get promoted. Doesn't exactly endear him to Saints fans though and I expect he's played his last game for us either way.
-
I expect behind the scenes he's done something like refuse to play. I found it really odd when The Athletic released an article at the beginning of the summer and suggested he would be loaned out. IMO he's probably said something like the Championship is beneath him and he isn't playing.
-
You would think he is almost certainly our Adams replacement rather than being signed in addition to him.
-
We would be mad to let him go out on loan.
-
I think the question we should be asking is why our top target is someone with a horrendous injury , a patchy injury record overall and someone who hasn't played a competitive game in over six months.
-
So we'd be left with a new striker who has been out with a long term injury, a youth player and a player who isn't ready yet but should be given an opportunity? It doesn't strike me as a recipe for promotion.
-
Equally though, we don't have the time to see if he comes good. He needs to make a significant contribution now.
-
We should have either recognised that Adams was likely to go and signed him in advance or considered signing him with Adams. Losing out on him and strengthening a rival is a fuck up.
-
If we sign someone better then it won't be an issue will it.
