  1. Not brilliant he is a bellend.
  2. Three times a day but it may make his posts even longer if that were possible.
  3. I think most are annoyed at the wasted potential here to actually do something of note. Athletico fulfilled their potential so they can be rightly satisfied whatever happens. We never got close to ours and achieved very little by comparison.
  4. Exactly. What players would ever want to come here this summer after all this? The message we are sending out is that we are a selling club in meltdown.
  5. Well then will we have to sign three strikers now? Along with an attacking midfielder to replace Adam potentially, a left back and a couple of Centre backs as a minimum. We will end up with 7 or 8 new players this is depressing! Why is it with sfc we have to have extremes, either the iron fist of Nicola where everything is fine on the pitch but lots wrong off it or this shambles? Why can we not have a well run and ruthless football club who are also caring and personable off it??? I despair.
  6. Agree with all of that. Good post.
  7. I'm struggling to think of many worse deal for us. You are right it is a total travesty.
  8. Apoplectic rage? I'm bloody annoyed that we sold our talisman and one of our best players for 4 million. My young cousin idolised rickie and is now very upset and it has ruined his world cup. I'm not happy.
  9. How is him saying the new manager has a say with all transactions and then that proving not to the case the very next day not a lie?
  10. I've never heard of a club losing their manager and their four best players in one transfer window. If that happens to us surely it is unprecedented?
  11. Not sure why you find it so odd that people are annoyed about this.
  12. Just heard it on 5 live. 4 million is an absolute joke and coming immediately after Ralph's statement is pathetic and means he has lied to the fans. Absolutely fuming.
  13. I think it's more that people want to be able to cheer on our legendary saints striker at the world cup. Selling him before that means it will not be the same.
  14. This.
  15. He certainly is. Say no one will be sold before a new manager is brought in on Thursday and then by the end of the weekend potentially our most popular player and talisman is sold for possibly as little as 4 million which in today's prices is virtually free. It beggars belief and all we can do is cling onto the faint hope that this has been rejected. Part of me would be happy for rickie and find this a lot easier to accept if it was happening after the world cup but not before. I was so looking forward to see rickie come on...
  16. Would have made departures a lot easier to take knowing we had something tangible from the good times.
  17. Yeah but I was just saying that I don't think rickie feels he is just going through a career here. For some players it is more than that.
  18. In fairness it was rickie who was genuinely gushing a bit Southampton and saying he wanted to end his career here.
  19. Read and comprehend the first word of the sentence.
  20. If he does go this weekend then literally a couple of days after Ralph's statement he will have lied to the fanbase. That's pretty amateurish.
  21. Not sure anyone will care at the moment.
  22. Indeed! I can't believe there are people saying this isn't a bad deal. It's a horrendous deal!
  23. Numerous media outlets.
  24. Looking likely at the moment.
