+1. Whatever people think of Cortesse, as the man who would be going to MK as our chairman, he was very close to Markus and worked directly to him.

difference is it was his club. He owned it, owned the kits, the players etc - everyone there was employed by him

Shall always remember seeing him take his seat, proudly wearing his saints scarf when he had first saved us. Loved the comment from Cortesse saying that after a victory, can't remember which, his wife told him that Markus had got home and fallen asleep in his chair with a smile on his face. Such a shame that he didn't see us promoted but am sure he felt some pay back at Wembley. Quite simply, thank you for saving my club. RIP

think club are wrong. can't see NC backing down but may do. hardly ever had a pic in papers anyway. more issue to the papers than anyone else, think everyone else will soon forget

believe echo were going to go along with it as wanted the pics but felt under considerable pressure from the industry to make a stance. They were not happy as its easy for others to take this stance, without losing money, the echo feel they are likely to lose money over this
