it is another sibling
-
not one of the two who are listed in mail - the brother and sister who run the Liebherr company but it is someone with same name
-
Solent said the report in the Daily Mail is not quite correct. They went onto say that they (Sports editor of Solent) have personally spoken to the Swiss Group. The Swiss Group is backed by a billionaire member of the Swiss Liebherr family, however it is not the brother and sister who head the international conglomerate. Solent stated this is still very good news. They have made good progress but there are still a few issues to be sorted out. Solent were questioning why, with a member of the world famous and wealthy Liebherr family trying to buy the club, did Pinnacle get exclusivity.

Solent on, this is getting to be a routine! Check MB’s echo update, listen to solent – do bit of work with lots of F5s!

would have thought we would have had a much better chance of getting Tisdale than Coppell??
-
bit of money behind us, knowing Keegan is interested... Keegan with Tisdale.

difference is I am having a laugh! its easy sport!

BTW don't think anyone is saying/has said in all seriousness that we would not have done a lot better with NP staying for his 2nd season - and stayed up. But it didn't happen. He won't be remembered as one of our better managers but he did ok and we will all remember the last game of the season for a long time. But he is long gone, time to move on and unite behind whoever is our manager in August.
-
no still think he looked an idiot. Are you related to NP - you get very agitated over justifying him?
-
forgot he only managed 3 wins! Good job we sacked him, how would he have done with the threadbare squad we had last season! Relegated by Christmas?
-
no, none so far.
-
I agree that if we had kept NP, given him preseason and allowed him the luxury of using the full squad I don't think we would have gone down. However, I also suspect that in those same circumstances with Wotte we would not have gone down. Its been done to death but neither Wotte or Pearson have looked great for Southampton, but both have had limited time and not taken over in a great position. I would have kept Pearson. But now - wouldn't be particularly fussed between them.
-
strange definition of winner - to take into relegation zone and back out?
-
did well to find how ever many players he used!
-
It was through Wotte - think Saeijs was linked to Wotte's sons team or something??? Can't remember but it was said early on he came due to his Wotte links
-
think Eastleigh had one as well?
-
still badly worded but makes a little more sense than my first attempt to type while talking on phone!

in the pink; MLT told him they wanted to replace him with high profile manager, Wotte said if you get likes of Keegan or WGS he didn't mind but he could do a better job than just another average manager,MLT said if he couldn't get likes of those two then he would want Wotte. Wotte said if you get those it will be good for the club and he didn't mind. , MLT told him would only replace him for one of these very good managers. If not the job was his. Wotte was happy to stay loyal with this - knowing he maybe replaced. Then Fialke did a live tv interview saying Wotte was definately going. This is when Wotte accepted offer from Egypt. When Pinnacle collapsed he withdrew, hoping to stay.

I agree with the sentiment, if not the squabble! I feel that it is a good time for a fresh start and would rather no-one who has previously sat in the boardroom to be involved in either decision making, nor as any sort of spokesperson - this includes Wilde, Lowe, Cowen, LM,crouch etc. IfCrouch has paid wage bill there are other ways of thanking him
-
Orville is not involved.

and for us in CCC, future capt???

we can't sign anyone at mo

thought his crossing was best part of his game
