  1. would be disappointed if he didn't play Saga and DMG tomorrow.
  2. just posted on the vote our top two look like being Pahars and Moran with some second rate forwards of Davies and Keegan!
  3. so at the moment the best two strikers look like being Moran and Pahars with a second rate pairing of Keegan and Ron Davies??? Think we are doing this one wrong!
  4. good report -although score it wrong! http://www.theshots.co.uk/newspage.ink?nid=30763&newstype=m
  5. what site is that? and what does it say?!
  6. http://www.pinkun.com/cs/forums/1537868/ShowPost.aspx their forum, they think its nonsense but one would like DMG!
  7. is this mentioned on any sports news sites (not likes of clubcall but papers etc)
  8. Lupoli 4 goals in 7 for Norwich 10 goals in 20 for Derby
  9. noticed yesterday we both independently posted an agreement to a post the other had made!
  10. http://www.tottenhamhotspurs.tv/forum/players-lounge/4871-bale-stats.html know they have changed manager but thought they would support him long term - looked like he had good quality to us although form dipped
  11. can't remember seeing him play but is it just me that thinks he sounds good cos of his name?
  12. sorry if this is one of the links above but thought would paste it, Norwich site; Goal.com are reporting; news that we could well do without, right now and one I sincerely hopes doesn't happen. Lupoli could be on his way To Southampton. It is likely that Fiorentina will use the transfer window to benefit from all the requests for Lupoli, and it now seems that Southampton may soon be announcing his arrival, as Lupoli's agents are meeting with delegates from the Saints this afternoon, according to Firenzeviola.it. Lupoli may be sold to the English south coast club before the transfer window closes, as it is unlikely that he will return to the Viola.
  13. I only doubt those who spend more time and interest in supporting various current or previous board members, or moaning about them than they do ever talking about/supporting the team. oh and those who desperately seek to slag club off over anything however made up! apart from that we are all friends here!
  14. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/?page_id=11219 suspected at this stage
  15. playing for reserves tonight
  16. as above, hope not a bad one
  17. not getting much sympathy is he!
  18. could also say we would have more points if other teams weren't flukely in games we played well -but thats not relevant so we can only look at the league table
  19. whoever is in the boardroom and also for every club in the world, to some degree -just the bigger the club the less teams can tempt your players with bigger salaries, staus and transfer fees.
  20. its not stupid if you have so much money you don't notice its gone!
  21. http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/saints/news/4044977.Jan_still_on_lookout_for_more_signings/ doesn't say a lot. Any improvement, but so far the return of Saga, signings of Smith, Molyneux and Saeijs with no sales is a lot better than the stated (on here) certainty of no signings and departures of Surman, Skacel, Lallana and Davis. Hopefully we can keep them -but the last day of transfer window is likely to be tense!
  22. Kelvin Davis © 32 Lee Camp 24 Lloyd James 20 Brendan Moloney 19 Alex Pearce 20 Kelvin Wilson © 23 Chris Perry 35 Wes Morgan 24 Rudi Skacel 29 Joel Lynch 21 Andrew Surman 22 Chris Cohen 21 Jack Cork 19 Arron Davies 24 Jason Euell 31 Matt Thornhill 20 Adam Lallana 20 Paul Anderson 20 Lee Holmes 21 Robert Earnshaw 27 David McGoldrick 21Joe Garner 20 was a pretty young 22 (with few exceptions!) a more typical 11 for us would probably have Schneiderlin instead of Euell -and 18 year old over 31. Players often make it at 23/24 but not many in teams at 18-20, we could easily play 7 close to that. Not that us v forest matters -both young teams
  23. two things stop me feeling this is a bad as some other decent players who left 1) he was on loan and we knew he was only passing through 2) not saying it was either him or a new CB, but (albeit 2nd hand first impressions) the new CB sounds a better options at CB and Schniederlin can play the same role, possibly less defensively but more attacking than him in midfield. Would rather he stayed and played alongside Schniederlin or at least as back up.
