  1. that's a shame you missed me agreeing with your last post!
  2. god Lowe as a hero -thats stretching it a bit! I wish all board members would shut up, apart from any needed announcements, and totally refrain from talking about each other, so yes agree with you
  3. well seems a good time for Crouch to show his worth, get the feeling he is all talk we had the Allen thing we had the I will put money in (if the other do) the financing of players (turned out to be offer of strings attached loan) the mysterious take over, days away at the end of last season, which came to nothing if he really wants Lowe out, and can do more, then surely he can either independently, or with other buy out Lowe? His tenure gave us the worst football this club has had and lowest league position for generations - he says if he was here it would add 5000 to the gate? put up or shut up!
  4. well he should buy Lowe out then -simple, or stop moaning about it!
  5. Crouch, Stanley etc what are you waiting for the solution is there! No need for further moans or talking, - one of these knights in shining armour can sort it all out and Lowe will walk away! or perhaps it was never that simple?
  6. fear the worst but genuinely don't know. Remember the guarantees posted on here in the summer that they were all gone and not single player in. A lot post their predictions on here as fact, when its not.
  7. .........and breathe.....and let it go!
  8. agree, there is some bizarre criticism thrown at the club when you look at the players who left spurs, or even Arsenal - players head to the biggest club they can, did we manage to keep Shearer, Danny Wallace, Neil Ruddock etc when they wanted to leave. People were moaning on here the other day that he was cashing in too early on players and should wait for their value to rise and now he says that!
  9. Stanley -what exactly is your staying for then? Is it because he has ruined the club with relegation - in which case if he rectifies the problem with promotion surely you would return? Or is it you just don't like him? Not baiting genuine question, as I can understand staying away for loads of reason such as where we are at etc (and blaming Lowe for that) but just because he is sat in the stands??? Surely if Crouch who would have more reason to sulk and take it personally still goes?
  10. if Lowe stabalises the club and manages to get promotion will you return?
  11. no sh1t! We all know it, but it doesn't make it happen. Crouch and Wilde have both been guilty of leading us up the garden path on this. Time for them to shut up, run a football club and let us know when this investment is in place
  12. Dennis is an idiot! Can't follow an arguement, good comedy
  13. it ain't complicated -if players want more money bigger club and that club wants to buy them they move -whoever is in the chair
  14. true, but will make more if we return to premiership. it also applies to the players btw
  15. still find it hard to believe Allen bit. no answers though in what he said.
  16. stop baiting!
  17. he sounds genuinely interested fan but some of it just doesn't ring true to me
  18. did he really just say we would have break even crowds still if he was chairman?
  19. he's on shortly -but I got to leave radio for bit so keep us updated!
  20. I am sure Lowe, like every chairman is the country has a players he wants to sell and those he is keener to keep, and like every chairman in the country will sell players if they want to leave and he receives a good offer. The only thing that varies is how attractive a club is to keep a player (not very as not premiership) and how attractive offers will seem (more for us as we have more need for cash)
  21. he's mad!
  22. he is now saying but we are getting £1 million for Man U game:confused:
  23. 1) every ccc club will lose its good young players if a premiership club wants them. 2) what could he say that would reassure you? 3) I still can't believe Danny Wallace left us for Man U
  24. there is no league table for fans and its petty and irrelevant to compete on that front. why should anyone go if they don't want to? its not cheap and there are other things to do - its meant to be entertainment or a hobby after all - and fun! the only reasoning that collapses under questioning is the high moral brigade - stay away due to a higher calling -just comical. Just people like that ex-fan who slagged off others for still going in the echo, or Stanley who wouldn't answer why he wouldn't go if we improved under Lowe
  25. Wave 105-Lowe - ultimately if player wants to go to a bigger stage he understands but wants to keep all young players if they are committed and don't have to sell any of younger players if they want to stay close as can with my typing skills to direct quotes as he was on radio
