exactly -that's why I claimed to be optimist rather than realist! To be fair I always based my judgements on the squad as it was at anyone time -not who was rumoured to leave and no replacements etc

we are far from perfect but from most accounts we have now played pretty well in all 5 games this season -when was last time we went 5 games without a disaster? Albeit 2 narrow defeats in there

fair enough, probably thread not aimed at you then! realistic - when shown to be real when not known optimists - lean towards positive outcome pessimists -vice versa Its arrogant to believe ones prediction is the only realistic one

yea but its one thing a winger playing either side etc but must be pretty unusual for player to start games - only 5 games gone, as fairly deep central midfield, CB and forward -not just swapping during game

it was right to be sceptical but it was wrong to totally right them off as many did and they posted as fact with no evidence -so its good to enjoy the fact -now we have evidence -that they were wrong.
