Ok let’s call it a style of play rather than philosophy or some other hip phrase. In essence we agree that we need players or style that allows them to play to their strengths (or weaknesses) to suit the situation

is he though ? Personally don't see the point in chopping and changing, perhaps we need some better coaches to work under RM. Philosophy is OK, its the application that needs sorting, and allowing the players to be brave enough to put their boot through it when the situation demands it - as Ramsdale had started to do before his injury
