Might turn out to be a blessing in disguise when we're looking back on it. I like the chances of a Southampton trying to win against Swansea better than the chances of a Southampton thinking a draw against them might be enough.

Unless we get really tonked by Man City, in which case it's possible a win against Swansea might not be enough.

If there's one team worse off than us at the moment, it's Swansea. I'm actually sat here thinking we should win this one, even the state we're in this season.

No, minimum we have to do to have any chance of staying up is two draws, which barring a hefty (albeit not impossible) goal difference swing takes West Brom out of the running.

West Brom win doesn't make too much difference. Absolute minimum we need is a draw against Swansea and another draw, and that would probably still leave us above them on goal difference even if they win on last day. Also gives Chelsea a big carrot against Huddersfield.

One result our way... Opens up a few more options for us to stay up as we don't have to worry about Stoke sneaking back up now.
