Leeds fans were allowed to buy tickets on the day as Saints did not sell their full allocation ( mainly as some fans did not go due to a massive hike in ticket prices) which was a disgrace. Lords isn't that far from Baker St/Marelybone ( Bakerloo line) or even Swiss Cottage ( Jubilee Line) so suggest you get the tube there. It was such an easy win in 1988, over by about 4pm if I recall after Steven Jeffries ( spelling ?) demolished Derby and I'm sure he was only with us as Malcolm Marshall was with the West Indies as I think he was in 1991. I seem to recall his only one day final was v Kent in '92 when his bowling won us the match on the 2nd day after a lot of rain. Did we not have a Pakistani pace bowler in the 1991 team as a replacement for Marshall ?
