That explains it, I use Firefox, can't be bothered with IE.
-
Clearly someone else who doesn't need it
-
Oh, poor little Eric
-
Lol, go take a running jump
-
Just use one of the free smiley sites http://www.mysmiley.net/
-
Ok, thanks Steve, I now have all the options except for the spell checker. I clearly am considered not to need it
-
How bizarre, I have none of the tools listed but my banner fits in fine. Is it different for each browser ? I use Firefox.
-
Change your PC settings then
-
Lol, is it different for everyone ? I still can't see this wretched spell checker, confusion reigns
-
Yes, mine too !
-
Nope, still can't see it
-
Where is the spell checker ? If it is here somewhere I smell the influence of St Landrew Ah methinks it might only be for those who need it

Back to the point of the thread Big Ron should be there ahead not only of Shearer but also Keegan who left after only one full season of being fit despite saying he was going to stay and angered many fans in the process.
-
Thanks, would have fooled me too

Grand Union

Well that's very handy at least though I can imagine what the traffic is like, probably quicker to walk the 3 miles !
-
I'd go for Joe Hart!

Seems that most of our problems involve Man Utd and their players : Ben Foster : Good young goalkeeper but never given enough games. Rio Ferdinand : Injured.. AGAIN ! Owen Hargreaves : Don't think he's played since joining Man Utd. Michael Carrick: Always thought he was a decent player but poor this season. Can't have helped that Capello reportedly tried to persuade yet another Utd player, Paul Scholes, to play for England again. Wayne Rooney : May still come good but SAF played him far too often and even when not fully fit. Therefore I blame Ferguson and not Capello !

Check back later in the week, I'm sure there will be plenty with some great racing that day but then again on all days of course.

Five great days of racing ahead next week. Thoughts and tips here please. As always ATR have an excellent website : http://www.attheraces.com/ascot/index.aspx?ref=mainrhsfeature

Well for sure yesterday was a little better than last Saturday when I drew a complete blank ! Was really impressed with Beachfire who didn't look at all keen early on but another excellent ride by William Buick ensured he won nicely going away. 9/2 was a very good price and surprised me. Just a couple for today, really am looking forward to Royal Ascot. Will start a new thread and post a link to the excellent ATR website soon. Stratford 14.10 Saltiagioo @2/1 : Ridden by AP McCoy, Saltagioo looks to hold all the cards after thumping previous winner Souter Point by nine lengths last time, a run which has earned the gelding a mark of 120. Milton Harris’s decision to engage the champ shows he means business and 2/1 is a fair enough price. Salisbury 16.15 Aldwick Bay @ 11/4 ( Bet 365) : This two year old colt by Danehill Dancer has been working well on the Richard Hannon gallops and looks to be the pick of the 3 Hannon horses in the race in the hands of Richard Hughes. Micky Channon's Arabian Star sets a good standard and merits respect. Doncaster 16.35 Reality Show @ evens : Not a great price but looks to have every chance here. Seems to be a few doubts as to whether he'll act on slower ground as opposed to the faster ground at Haydock last time out. However, I reckon the ground was a bit on the quick side that day and he was not helped by a tardy start. If you're looking to take on this short priced favourite then Shubaat and La Concorde are worth considering. Roscommon 17.00 Grand Opera @5/4 : A rare bet for me from Ireland. Grand Opera impressed greatly on his chasing debut, finishing strongly to beat the useful Flag of Honour. Should take all the beating in the capable hands of Barry Geraghty. Charlie Swan's Tribes and Banners looks the pick of the rest. May well do a Yankee these 4. Have a good day all. Chris

I know 2 bookings lead to a one match suspension, I suspect a sending off for 2 bookings in the same match is the same. As for a straight red I'm not sure and it may depend on the nature of the offence but I'm guessing. Gerrard, Milner and Carragher got booked for England, don't think there was anyone else.

Oh he's on his way down, from 5th to 42nd

So you've outsmarted yourself
