Picard

A famous day that will go down in history.

He says a contract was offered not signed. Perhaps Prest is thinking about accepting an offer from another team.

Sonny Baker interview

Caernarfon managed 9 tonight.

Boro had 80% possession.

Rishi Patel now playing to make sure the team he will be playing for next year will be In D2.

Which means they go above Blaze in the table because their NRR is 0.008 better.

Batting 110 overs for just 1 bonus point is some achievement.

Start the season with a good away win at Durham.

Are you going to be eating your passion fruit?

Glamorgan must be slightly annoyed that Baker can come on for Currie who had just been bowling. (Similar with Cook for Essex)

Entrance is free for the T20.

Lack of pre-match research showing.

Seeing reports Potgeiter won't be playing for the remaining CC matches.

This statement does not seem to be accurate. However if the point you are trying to make is that Hants are rubbish you are correct.

Do they know they are going to be playing in D2? Anyway for the one day matches Hants should rest Abbott and Fuller as qualification is virtually impossible.

Sharma before playing for Hampshire had bowled 20 overs in 20 one day games taking 2 wickets. In this competition for the moment he is the leading wicket taker. His first ball in the next game will be for a hat-trick . Shame about the batting - hope that improves.

Smashed them in the end.

Sounds like Orr is leaving for Middlesex. Not surprising as he isn't playing much at Hants.

Yes Baker is inconsistent but he had a great last 5 with LS needing 12 to win he conceded 4 runs and took 2 wickets (including Livingstone- best batter of the match). Dawson conceded 13 off his last 5.

For the One day cup Williams and Petrie have been promoted from the 2nds as primarily fast bowlers. Ashutosh Sharma is Hants overseas player recruited through DC connections. The T20 players are being rested. Hopefully Prest and Middleton can improve on early season form.

Good job actually. Cartwright better than Stubbs at the moment. It seems Stubbs hasn't managed to get going in his last few innings.

Yes but there is an asterisk by his name meaning subject to release by England.

Correct. Also missing Stubbs called home by SA.

A chance for Dawson to shine.
