Ponty, I shouldn't need to remind you that this is the Lounge and therefore an extremely serious thread. Sarcasm isn't appreciated. I, like all other real Saints fans have cried myself to sleep every night since the 13th February.

Of the 200,000 names on the Saints database about 500 of them are actually me re-registering because I can never be bothered to write down my customer number. For Wembley I've booked over 500 tickets just for myself so that I can have a bit of extra leg room and no chavvy types anywhere near me on the big day. Some might say that this is a bit selfish, but I think it's perfectly acceptable given that I went through the trouble of actually getting them. If you snooze, you lose. If you're on the ball (like me) you're cool!

Well done to him, but he's no John W******d that's f'sure.

Got mine today and had a couple of hours gameplay. Seems good (great graphics in HD) and not over-complicated like some of the previous ones have been. It'll take a helluva lot for me to prefer it over FF7 (or 9 for that matter which I really liked and think was the 2nd best one), but I'm going to give it a chance.

Really? Haven't seen anything about this on the news! Was a good manager and really should have led England to glory in Euro '96, but these sort of allegations are sickening. He should definately get life (if true of course).

Were you one of "the idiots" by any chance?
-
Almost identical, yes.

Lets bring him on. Would that count as 3 subs? 2 for the name, 1 extra because he's fat.

Have we declared yet? -
Bloody hell, I thought the £3 booking fee was high

How do postal applications work? I might do it instead of waiting on hold for hours on the phone. Are they quite reliable? I'd be a little nervous about knowing whether or not its been received and processed...do they contact you to tell you? I need 2 tickets, but only know 1 customer number (my friend has one but doesn't know it despite booking over the phone for MKDons.)

Once again Wiltshire Saint has proven that his knowledge of football is truely mind-blowing. I have no doubt that Pardew reads this forum and probably will take a lot from tonight's result. Long may our current good form continue.

8-[ Maybe....maybe not... Not sure where I was getting confused with. Think Weymouth. Thats up north somewhere isn't is?
-
I'm at uni in Edinburgh at the moment and booked tickets for this game ages ago just assuming that Wycombe was somewhere up north. Just looked at the map and not so sure I can make it anymore. Bugger.

This is a fascinating question which I've been thinking about all evening. I do hate them. Not that much though. I'd place them somewhere in between the smell of onions and paedophiles in the list of things I hate.

MLT was on soccer AM this morning taking the mick out of Pompey attendances this season.

I had a dream we were 5-2 up after 15 minutes, but they made a dramatic come back before half time to edge into the lead before the match was abandoned due to snow just after the break. I doubt that will actually happen though.

Fergie is lying. Don't listen to her!

The police send people in under 18 to try and catch people out. Most supermarkets have their own internal investigation type things too whereby they send people just over the age of 18 to buy alcohol and they still expect the cashier to check ID or else face disciplinary action. Bare in mind the average checkout worker probably earns only about £5,000 a year. If they're caught selling to anyone underage they can get a £5000 fine, criminal record, the sack and risk the store losing it's alcohol licence too (it does happen...I went to Tesco in Dorchester a few months back and they couldn't sell alcohol at the time because they'd supplied to many underage pikey/chav type people booze). Now, lets be honest, if you're doing a whole weekly shop, how hard is it to take your wallet with you and keep some sort of ID in there? Why should they risk their job and livlihood because someone (especially who's had it happen to them before) is too stupid to remember their ID? Would you risk your job and more, by believing a complete stranger about their age? And sheesh kebab. You're only 22? It's probably not that unbelievable that you look a year or 2 younger is it?
-
Why would you want to go to a derby and sit in with the opposition fans....for over double the price of a normal ticket? I'd prefer to watch it on TV for free to be honest.
-
He will have to sit in the Northam.
-
Any one not buying tickets because they "don't think Pompey will be around after Wednesday" is quite frankly an idiot.

I'm not sure what you're talking about here but I've met Bath Saint a number of times and can confirm that he is neither a Milwall fan or a police man.
