I don't disagree and am one of those that hopes he stays and plays out wide left, something we are missing. He had the most assists for us two seasons ago and there is no doubt he can do the same again in that position.

I would also agree that Wotton was brilliant today, some brilliant tackles and clearances and was very vocal encouraging our younger players. Guess St Marco missed these qualities. Wotton, Saga, Size and Gillett were the players a class above the rest.

The same could be said. The two anti Lowe/Wilde idiots standing up behind me in the Itchen waving their tickets and shouting obscenities towards the directors box were asked to sit down by two pensioners who wanted to watch the game. The pensioners were then subjected to verbal abuse and threatened with violence, when asked to leave the stadium by the stewards (one of the stewards felt threatened) one of the idiots gestured to fans who jeered him to have a go at him. He stood there brazingly using the come on gesture with his hands, this to his own fans.

It was Crouch who shifted him out on loan last January after Rudi requested a move and when he returned he still wanted out of the club, however it was his high wage demands that meant his move to Ipswich fell through. It's quite simple in that he doesn't want to play for us and has not been hounded out. Agreed he is a good player and will sadly be missed.
