Ah yes, lowe's theory so he can earn less money, oh sh1t no that can't be right, apparently he's only in it to line his pockets
-
Good old rumours, what will we do without them
-
It was chinese whispers, the husband probably said he works at sms in administration.
-
I was very surprised at this

Tomorrow's Watford Match Postponed - Official

I think the police were just posting out a general warning not specifically aimed at a certain area. Why do you think the Sheffield fans made it to the ground, why do you think I made it to the ground and back again in the normal time. There was no "risk" factor on this route from my personal experience, fact. -
I'm with you on this

Saints Greatest XI - The Best Managers Nominations

Agreed, it should be a straight fight between these two and I am going for Lawrie although it was a hard choice. -

There was very little traffic on the way to SMS compared to a normal Tuesday but the roads were fine and the roads back up north (M3, A34, M40 etc) were absolutely fine. I got home at midnight which is the time I get home on any normal evening games because quite simply there were no hazards on the homeward trek. -

Just to put the record straight, I live in Warwick and most of the route Sheffield had to take would take in the route which I travel through and all roads were completely clear with no winter conditions to stop travelling fans. There was a small winter shower between Oxford and Newbury but nothing to write home about so all those claiming to have read or heard about severe winter conditions for travelling fans, you can take it from me these are wide of the mark. Also around SMS and surrounding areas were free from danger so the game on Tuesday had no reason to be cancelled. -
TBF I'd rather be in Wolves shoes at the moment than ours.

Or Southampton Wanderers, we certainly havwe the players that go wandering......

Who will you support if Saints go really under ?
saintwarwick replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Saints
and most have responded in the nature it deserves, WE WILL NOT GO UNDER If however you still think we will go under please tell me why and how many league clubs have befallen this dilemna over the last 40 years. Cheers. -
Saints suffering but is there an alternative to Lowe
saintwarwick replied to NickG's topic in The Saints
Has the price increased to watch us since Lowe has come back? I think no is your answer so why are you using a lie to vent your anger at the man? -
You are incorrect imo, the biggest game in our history was in 1976, incidently against Manchester United
-
You are absolutely correct but a few on here may have just missed this.
-
Ah but if he didn't lay of the gritter drivers then you would blame him for the increase in the council tax to offset the extra costs incurred. He's in a no win situation.
-
Standard reply from one dimensional Stanley. I suppose all the snow and the country coming to a standstill was all Lowe's fault as well
-
This is a problem when you are anti-Lowe, you cannot see through the blinkers.
-
It said "it is not thought saints received any bids" which is inconclusive. HTH
-
Or maybe telling it as it is.
-
Why is it crap? I'm glad we didn't need to sell them.
-
Interesting on Talksport, some moaning about Pietersen giving his wicket away but not much condemnation for Cook, Bell Strauss and Collingwood. What would they say without his runs.
-
Not really, he is there to defend, distribution is down to the midfield.
-
I have missed two games at home this season and like you one of them was Norwich  Maybe we should stay away more often
